Clinical Study Of Shugan Xiehuo Decoction In The Treatment Of Insomnia With Liver Depression And Fire Syndrome

Objective: To determine whether the treatment group is significantly better than the control group in the treatment of insomnia caused by liver stagnation syndrome by observing the efficacy and safety of Shugan Xiehuo Decoction in the treatment of insomnia(liver stagnation and fire syndrome).To develop new Chinese medicine treatment ideas for the treatment of insomnia to guide clinical practice.Methods: Seventy-two patients were randomly selected from this clinical trial and randomly divided into two groups,36 in each group: the experimental group(self-made Shugan Xiehuofang)and the control group(Shungan Jieyu Capsule).Experimental group Shugan Xiehuofang Chinese medicine granules(provided by Jiangyin Tianjiang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.),water blunt,oral after meals,once 100 ml,2 times a day;control group Shugan Jieyu Capsule(Chengdu Kanghong Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd,batch number: Z20080580)2 each time,2 times a day,orally;evaluate the insomnia hepatic stagnation by observing the Pittsburgh sleep finger count table,sleep rating scale,drug side reaction scale,liver stagnation fire scale before and after treatment Clinical efficacy of fire syndrome;observation of blood routine,routine,urine routine,electrocardiogram(12 lead)and liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL,?-GT,ALP),renal function(BUN,Cr),Blood glucose and other adverse reactions were evaluated and evaluated before and after treatment in the test group and the control group.Results: 72 patients with insomnia due to liver stagnation syndrome were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The Pittsburgh sleep index scale,sleep assessment scale,drug side reaction scale,and liver were compared before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was performed on the Yuhua Fire Scale.The results were as follows: The two groups of patients were compared in the Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale,Sleep Rating Scale,Drug Side Effects Scale,and Liver Depression Fire Scale.The internal comparison was P<0.05,and there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment.The two groups were compared with P<0.05 after treatment,indicating that there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion: Shugan Xiehuo Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes of patients with insomnia caused by liver stagnation and fire syndrome without obvious side effects and adverse reactions.
