To Observe The Clinical Therapeutic Effect Of Ziyin Shugan Therapy For Liver Fire Type Insomnia

Objective:Through to the principle of Ziyin Shugan Anmei Decoction and Wuling capsule in the treatment of liver fire type insomnia clinical comparison,and preliminary observation on the clinical therapeutic effect of Ziyin Shugan therapy for insomnia,for the treatment of liver fire type insomnia,explore the method of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine better.Method:From 2013 March--2014 year in April in Government Hospital of Shandong Province of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine outpatients with insomnia patients with type of stagnation of liver fire. Criteria for the diagnosis of insomnia and the efficacy criteria for the use of international identity,60 cases of insomnia patients with insomnia were divided into 2 groups by simple randomization method,the treatment group for 30 cases of Anmei decoction,control group for treatment of 30 cases of Wuling capsule,two groups were treated for 28 days.The clinical effect of the treatment for insomnia was observed by the score of sleep quality index(PSQI)and the standard score of TCM.Result:The total effective rate of insomnia patients in the treatment group was 93.33%,the rate was 80%,the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%,the rate of 50%.The improvement of the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant(P<O.05)for the improvement of the insomnia;In the improvement of TCM symptoms such as insomnia, irritability,red eyes and bitter taste have significant difference(P<0.05).In Summary:Ziyin Shugan achieved good clinical efficacy in improving clinical symptoms of patients with insomnia.Conclusion:Anmei square can not only improve patient sleep time and sleep efficiency,but also can improve physiological function state of patients during the day,so as to effectively improve the patient’s study and work efficiency.Anmei can Ziyin Shugan by fundamental treatment of liver fire caused by insomnia symptoms.
