Application Of Raman Spectroscopy In Different Degrees Of Contact Dermatitis After Acupoint Sticking Therapy In Asthma Patients

Object:By observing the effect of different degrees of contact dermatitis caused by Acupoint Sticking Therapy of asthma on the clinical efficacy of asthma,to explore the feasibility of Raman spectroscopy in differentiating different degrees of contact dermatitis caused by acupoint application.Methods:Patients with asthma in remission stage who received Acupoint Sticking Therapy in the outpatient department of acupuncture and rehabilitation of Jiangsu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June to August 2018 were selected.Within 24 hours after the last Acupoint Sticking Therapy,asthmatic patients were divided into non-dermatitis group,mild dermatitis group,moderate dermatitis group and severe dermatitis group according to the skin irritation response score.The differences of ACT scores before and after treatment,3 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment were evaluated.Raman spectroscopy was used to obtain the skin Raman spectra of the right Feishu point before and after the last acupoint applic ation.Results:1.Evaluation of curative effect of asthma:?Intra-group comparison:The ACT scores of each group showed an increasing trend with time,that is,the ACT scores of each group had statistical differences before treatment,at the end of treatment,three months after treatment and six months after treatment(P<0.01).?Inter-group comparison:After treatment,the ACT scores of mild dermatitis group,moderate dermatitis group and non-dermatitis group at each time node were significantly different(P<0.05);the ACT scores of non-dermatitis group,mild dermatitis group,severe dermatitis group and moderate dermatitis group at each time node were significantly different(P<0.05).2.Raman Spectrum analysis:?Average Raman spectroscopy:The average Raman spectrum intensity of skin after Acupoint Sticking Therapy was significantly higher than that of normal skin,the average Raman spectrum intensity of contact dermatitis in different degrees is different.In the wave number range of 200-2000 cm-1,the average Raman Spectrum of skin before and after Acupoint Sticking Therapy all contain 13 characteristic peaks,locating at 263 cm-1,334 cm-1,414 cm-1,528 cm-1,636 cm-1,688 cm-1,841 cm-1,875 cm-1,985 cm-1,1008 cm-1,1343 cm-1,1535 cm-1,1777 cm-1;?Principal component analysis:The skin with mild dermatitis group,moderate dermatitis group and severe dermatitis group after Acupoint Sticking Therapy had a good separation tendency from the skin before Acupoint Sticking Therapy,among which the non-dermatitis group had a better tendency to separate from moderate dermatitis group and severe dermatitis group,while the mild dermatitis group had a better tendency to separate from moderate dermatitis group and severe dermatitis group.Conclusion:1.The effect of Acupoint Application on different degrees of contact dermatitis for asthma recurrence is different,the efficacy of moderate dermatitis was better than that of non-dermatitis,mild dermatitis and severe dermatitis.2.Raman spectroscopy can distinguish the skin before and after Acupoint Sticking Therapy and different degrees of contact dermatitis.This technique has certain feasibility in differentiating non-dermatitis from moderate dermatitis,severe dermatitis and mild dermatitis from moderate dermatitis and severe dermatitis.
