Object:To observe the effect of acupoint application on the therapeutic effect of asthma and the level of serum IL-4 and IFN-? in asthma, and to observe the distribution of Th2 cells in the induced contact dermatitis. Methods:From June 2016 to August in Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital acupuncture rehabilitation summer acupoint application of outpatient treatment of patients with bronchial asthma, the acupoint sticking therapy of acupoint sticking agent,in the treatment of contact dermatitis in patients with contact dermatitis group,no contact dermatitis patients without contact dermatitis a contact dermatitis group, group 20,group 21 had no contact dermatitis. The end of treatment of patients with asthma were recorded before and after treatment for 3 months,6 months and 1 years in the same period of asthma before treatment ACT score and AQLQ score before and after treatment, the patients were taken venous blood serum by ELISA method IL-4,IFN-gamma level were detected before and after treatment, analysis the difference between the two groups in the score and cell factor content;immunohistochemical double staining labeled contact dermatitis were Th2 cells, observe the distribution characteristics.Results:(1)Clinical efficacy:? There was a significant difference in the scores of ACT scores at 3 months and 6 months after the end of treatment with contact dermatitis group(p<0.05);3 months after treatment with non-contact dermatitis group and the same period before treatment(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of ACT between the six months after treatment and the same period before treatment(p>0.05).?There was no significant difference in AQLQ activity score between the two groups(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups after 6 months of treatment and the same period before treatment(p>0.05);?There were statistically significant differences in AQLQ asthma symptom score,AQLQ psychological status score and AQLQ in self-health care scores between the two groups after 3 months and 6 months of treatment(p<0.05);?There was a significant difference in AQLQ stimulation response between the two groups(p<0.05)at 3 months after treatment with acupoint application(p<0.05),and 6 months after treatment compared with the same period before treatment No statistical difference(p>0.05);(2)Serum cytokine test results and immunohistochemical results:?:The level of IL-4 in the contact dermatitis group was significantly lower than that in the non-contact dermatitis group(p>0.05).There was no significant difference in IFN-y level between the two groups before and after treatment(p>0.05).? Acupoint-induced contact dermatitis Th2 cells were mainly distributed around the dermis, the number and the characteristics of contact dermatitis.Conclusion:(1)acupoints treatment of asthma with or without contact dermatitis can control the onset of asthma, contact with dermatitis than non-contact dermatitis patients in the control of long-term effect of asthma on the role of more obvious;(2)acupoint application Asthma with or without contact dermatitis has the effect of improving the mental state of asthma patients.(3)acupoints treatment of asthma with or without contact dermatitis in asthmatic patients to stimulate the sensitivity of the stimulating effect is not obvious, only the treatment of contact dermatitis in patients with short-term treatment of a certain role.(4)Acupoint treatment of asthma can reduce serum IL-4,IFN-? content, induced contact dermatitis than non-contact dermatitis on IL-4 content of the decline is more obvious.(5)Th2 cells are involved in acupoint application for the treatment of asthma-induced skin contact dermatitis.
