Effect Of Contact Dermatitis Induced By Acupoint Application On Asthma Recurrence And Serum IgE During Treatment

Objective 1.To observe the effect of contact dermatitis induced by acupoint application on asthma recurrence and serum IgE.Methods 1.Observation of 48 cases of bronchial asthma remission of patients,They are from the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation of the winter disease summer paste points outpatient clinic.Selection of the prescription of the prescription to produce paste paste,and acupoint application.According to paste after the skin at the point of contact with dermatitis for grouping.Divided into observation group(with contact dermatitis)and control group(non-contact dermatitis).2.After the end of treatment,the subjects were followed up for six months.All patients were assessed for asthma ACT(asthma control test)and AQLQ(asthma quality of life score)at 3 months and 6 months after treatment and compared with the same period last year.3.Blood samples were collected before and after treatment,and IgE levels were measured for comparative analysis.Result 1.ACT,AQLQ score:(1)In the observation group,the ACT and AQLQ scores were increased at 3 months and 6 months after treatment,compared with the same period before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Compared with the same period before treatment,in control group,the ACT,AQLQ score were increased after 3 months at the end of the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).However,there was no significant change in the ACT score at 6 months after treatment compared with the same period before treatment(p>0.05).Compared with the same period before treatment,AQLQ score was significantly increased in the control group at 6 months after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups:3 months,6 months after treatment,ACT,AQLQ score compared with the same period last year,the degree of increase were compared between groups,the difference was not significant,no statistical significance(p>0.05).2.Psychological status score:observation group and control group 3 months after treatment,6 months and the same period before treatment were increased,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in psychological activity between the two groups at 3 months and 6 months after treatment(p>0.05).3.Serum IgE:IgE levels were significantly decreased in the observation group and the control group compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the descending degree of the observation group and the control group were compared,the control group than the observation group decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion 1.Acupoint application can significantly reduce the recurrence of asthma,improve the quality of life of asthma patients.Patients with contact dermatitis have a longer duration of efficacy.2.Acupoint treatment can improve the patient's psychological condition,but the contact dermatitis and its relevance is not obvious.3.Acupoint application by reducing asthma in patients with serum IgE content control of asthma,but short-term non-contact dermatitis than the decline in contact dermatitis is more obvious,may be related to the induced contact dermatitis,with the contact dermatitis regression Its IgE content will tend to decline.
