Objective:To preliminarily investigate changes of tongue microcirculation in oral submucous fibrosis patients by observing the characteristics of tongue microcirculation, and comparing and analyzing the changes of tongue microcirculation before and after treatment,to provide a reference for tongue microcirculation detection to assist the diagnosis and evaluation of clinical efficacy of oral submucous fibrosis Method:1 Collecting 36 cases of normal people and oral submucous fibrosis patients who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Stomatology,First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to December 2018,respectively,recorded normal group and pre-treatment group The microcirculation of the tongue and the clinical symptoms of the patients in the pre-treatment case group.2 Observe and compare the difference of tongue microcirculation between normal group and case group.3 The case group was treated with Chinese medicine. One dose per day, morning and evening simmer in water, and 30 doses were taken continuously.4 Observed and recorded the clinical symptoms and changes of tongue microcirculation in the case group after treatment.Result:1 Patients with oral submucous fibrosis have tongue microcirculation disturbance. There was no significant difference between the microvascular configuration of the tongue papilla and the normal group(P>0.05).The microvascular vessel hernia clarity, diameter, erythrocyte aggregation, blood flow velocity and perivascular phenomenon were statistically different from the normal group.(P < 0.05).2 After treatment, the patient's tongue microcirculation disorder improved in the case group, and the microvascular vessel hernia clarity, diameter, red blood cell aggregation, blood flow velocity and tube-period phenomenon were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in tongue nipple atrophy and microvascular configuration before and after treatment(P>0.05).3 After treatment, the mucosal irritation pain was relieved, the degree of fiber cord decreased, the mucous membrane became red, softened, the mouth opening increased and the number of vesicles decreased, and there was no statistical difference in the degree of fiber cord after treatment compared with before treatment. In addition to the significance(P>0.05),the improvement of other clinical symptoms was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 Patients with oral submucous fibrosis have obstacles in the microcirculation of the tongue, mainly characterized by atrophy of the tongue-like or filamentous nipple;the microvessels are distorted, the contour of the tube is not clear, the diameter of the vessel is increased or decreased, and even Occlusion;red blood cell aggregation phenomenon;microvascular blood flow velocity slowed or stagnant;microvascular tube dome has exudation, blood stasis.2 After the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine, the tongue microcirculation disorder and is improved in patients with oral submucous fibrosis, mainly due to the appearance of new microvessels in the tongue nipple;the sharp contour of the microvascular duct is increased, the diameter of the vessel is increased;the degree of red blood cell aggregation is reduced; The blood flow rate is accelerated;the apex of the dome and the blood stasis phenomenon are reduced.
