Objective:The level of serum uric acid and the relationship between uric acid level and physical examination indexes were analyzed and observed. Methods:collect the 2018 to the medical examination center of the first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University,854 persons were examined and their demography data were collected:sex, age, general physical examination data:height, weight, bmi, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure;Laboratory parameters:BUN,SCR,SUA,TC,TG,HDL-c,LDL-c,FPG,HbA1c,2hPG,TSH,TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4;imaging data:neck blood vessel b ultrasound.1.The population is generally divided into groups of different sexes and ages(40-49,50-59,60-69,70-79,80-90)and the serum uric acid level and the detection rate of hyperuricemia were compared and analyzed between groups.2.Analyzed the detection rate and comparative analysis of metabolic diseases between the sexes of the population.Group according to uric acid level(<300μmol/L,300-360μmol/L,360-420μmol/L,420-480μmol/L,>480μmol/L),The general situation of each group, the level of biochemical indexes and the correlation analysis were compared. And made multiple regression analysis between the related factors and uric acid. The level of uric acid was used as the roc curve for the incidence of metabolic diseases.3.The relationship between serum uric acid level and thyroid function and the correlation between serum uric acid level were analyzed in 137 healthy subjects.Results:1.Analysis of uric acid level and detection rate of hyperuricemia in this check-up population:There was significant difference between male and female in uric acid level(X2=306.259,P=0.000)and detection rate of hyperuricemia(X2=60.458,P=0.000).The positive rate of uric acid(409.67±86.53)and hyperuricemia(45.3%)in male was significantly higher than that in female.Male uric acid levels have a tendency to decrease with age.2.Overweight(50.07%),carotid atherosclerosis(48.50%)and dyslipidemia(22.80%)were found in the top three,The positive rates of overweight(X2=19.722,P=0.000),obesity(X2=16.547,P=0.000)were higher in males than in females. There was a significant difference in uric acid levels between sexes(X2=271.738,P=0.000).As the level of uric acid increases, the proportion of men in the total population increases. There was a significant difference in the incidence of dyslipidemia among the groups,And there is a tendency to increase with the increase of uric acid level when uric acid is greater than 300μmol/L.The weight of each level of uric acid,BMI、SBP、SCR、TG increased with the increase of uric acid level,HDL-c has the trend of decreasing with the increase of uric acid level. The correlation analysis showed that uric acid was positively correlated with BMI、SBP、DBP、BUN、SCR、TG、LDL-c、FPG、HbA1c、2hPG,negatively correlated with age and HDL-c.After adjusting for the effects of age,and HDL-c,there was still a positive correlation between weight and BMI、BUN、SCR、TG、LDL-C.The correlation indexes are taken as independent variables and uric acid as dependent variables as multiple regression equations. Results there were age,and BMI、DBP、BUN、SCR、TG、HDL-c entered the equation. The levels of uric acid and hypertension, dyslipidemia and hyperglycemia were detected as roc curves. The results showed that there were significant results between SUA and dyslipidemia. When the urinary acid value was 415.5mmol/l,the sensitivity were 0.578,and specificity were 0.691,AUC=0.646,P=0.000.3.Comparison of serum uric acid level and thyroid function in 137 physical examiners:According to the level of uric acid, there was a significant difference in TSH level among the three groups, but there was no significant difference among the three groups in residual T3,T4,FT3 and FT4.No correlation was found between uric acid and thyroid function index.Conclusion:1.The positive rate of hyperuricemia of the people in the medical check-up was 37.4%.The men’s 45.3%.The women’s16.5%.The level of uric acid and the detection rate of hyperuricemia in male were significantly higher than those in female.2.Male,overweight or obese, renal insufficiency and increased TG may be risk factors for elevated serum uric acid.HDL-c may be a protective factor for elevated uric acid.3.The incidence of dyslipidemia can be predicted by monitoring serum uric acid levels:When the uric acid value was415.5μmol/l,dyslipidemia might occur.4.Serum uric acid level is closely related to glycolipid metabolism in human body.Hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering therapy should actively control glycolipid metabolism disorder and strengthen the monitoring and regulation of serum uric acid.5.No correlation was found between uric acid level and thyroid function index and nodule detection rate. |
