Objective:To establish a new type of asymptomatic hyperuricemia in mice and test the asymptomatic with uric acid lowering drugs.Methods: 1.Male urate oxidase gene knockout heterozygous mice and wild-type C57 BL / 6J mice 24 rats in each, two mice were randomly divided into control group and model group, The control group of mice fed with normal mice pellets and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution by intraperitoneal injection, model group given yeast-rich feed and potassium oxonate suspension by intraperitoneal injection. Blood UA were detected regularly. The pathological sections and HE staining of mouse kidney were also performed. 2. Male urate oxidase gene knock impurity together 60 mice were randomly divided into control group, model group, febuxostat group and allopurinol group, benzbromarone group, each with 12 rats. The control group of mice fed with normal mice pellets and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution intraperitoneal injection, mice model to be high fodder yeast suspension and oteracil potassium intraperitoneal injection, mice febuxostat be high fodder yeast suspension and oteracil potassium intraperitoneal injection and febuxostat oral suspension solution, allopurinol group of mice to be high fodder yeast suspension and oteracil potassium intraperitoneal injection and allopurinol suspending irrigation solution stomach, benzbromarone mice to be high fodder yeast suspension and oteracil potassium intraperitoneal injection and oral solution benzbromarone suspension, regular testing of serum uric acid levels in mice and statistical analysis.Results: 1. After 1 weeks later, the model group mice serum uric acid levels higher than the control group obviously(P < 0.05), and uric acid levels and heterozygous model group was obviously higher than that of wild type model group(P < 0.05), but the kidney pathological HE staining showed that two kinds of mice in the control group and module are no change. 2. The established animal models treat with febuxostat, allopurinol, benzbromarone, uric acid levels compared with the model group was significantly lower(P <0.05).Conclusion: Urate oxidase gene knockout heterozygous mice constructed hyperuricemia animal model with uric acid value is high, stable model characteristics of conclusion to high feed yeast feed and be oxonic acid potassium salt suspension peritoneal injection treatment. Uric acid lowering drugs can inhibit the rise of uric acid in mice.
