Summarizing Professor Wang Shusheng’s Medication Experience For Chronic Prostatitis Based On Data Mining Method

ObjectiveBased on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform system V2.5,this study collects and organizes the outpatient medical records of Professor Wang Shusheng for chronic prostatitis,and excavates and summarizes the experience of Professor Wang Shusheng in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.,In-depth understanding and fully inherit the academic experience of famous Chinese medicine,to provide a reasonable reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.MethodThe retrospective case study method was used for analysis using the traditional Chinese medicine supporting platform system V2.5.1.The medical records of Professor Wang Shusheng’ s diagnosis and treatment of chronic prostatitis from January 2016 to January 2019 were collected and sorted,and screening was performed based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria.2.Enter the patient’s basic information,TCM and Western medicine diagnosis and other important information into the EXCEL worksheet,establish a standardized database and manually import related data into the traditional Chinese medicine supporting platform.3.Through the platform system’ s frequency of medication analysis,statistical analysis of the four flavors,five flavors,and meridians of the drug.4.Set the appropriate number of support and confidence,through association rule analysis to mine Professor Wang’ s medication law;set the appropriate correlation and punishment degree,through entropy cluster analysis to mine and analyze the new formula.ResultThis study finally included 198 outpatient medical records,involving a total of 144 traditional Chinese medicines.1.The average age of patients was 39.18 ± 12.04 years,and about 84.30%of patients were 20-49 years old.Common symptoms are frequent urination,urgency,endless urination,discomfort in the perineum,and increased nocturia-The distribution of syndrome types from high to low is Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,kidney-yang deficiency syndrome,damp-heat betting syndrome,and liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome.2.The top 14 places of drug application frequency are:Achyranthes bidentata,Cortex Phellodendri,Costustoot,Melia toosendanii,Wang buliuhang,Radix aconite,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Rhizoma Corydalis,Earthworm,Eucommia,Dandelion,Tangerine peel,Rehmannia glutinosa and Yam.Drug attributes of four Qis are warm,chilly and placid,while five flavors are mostly sweet,bitter and spicy.Drugs mainly enter the liver,kidney,spleen,bladder and stomach.3.Set the appropriate number of support and confidence level for association rule analysis,and dig out 2 medicine pairs and 5 corner medicines,of which the medicine is Salvia miltiorrhiza-Achyranthes bidentata and Dandelion-Achyranthes bidentata;the corner medicine is Cortex Phellodendri,Rhizoma Corydalis-Achyranthes bidentata;Wang buliuhang,Cortex Phellodendri-Achyranthes bidentata;Wang buliuhang,Costustoot-Achyranthes bidentata;Cortex Phellodendri,Dandelion-Achyranthes bidentata and Cortex Phellodendri,Melia toosendanii-Achyranthes bidentata.4.Set the correlation degree to 8 and the punishment degree to 2.Perform drug cluster analysis,and finally get 9 potential drug combinations consisting of 3-4 drugs,and on this basis,9 new parties have evolved.Conclusion1.Statistical analysis of the patient’ s basic information found that the age distribution of the included patients was basically consistent with the results of modern epidemiological studies.Consider that this may be related to poor living and working habits of young and middle-aged people.2.According to the use of drugs and the characteristics of meridian tropism,Professor Wang’ s basic treatment method in the clinical treatment of jingzhuo disease is to supplement deficiency and diarrhea,attack and supplement simultaneously.3.Professor Wang Shusheng’ s clinical medication embodies the treatment of chronic prostatitis,which is based on Invigorating the kidney and promoting Qi,supplemented by clearing heat and activating blood circulation,and the academic thought of "eliminating pathogenic factors without hurting the right,eliminating pathogenic factors and strengthening the right".The new formula combination obtained by entropy clustering has certain clinical guiding significance and scientific research value.
