Based On Data Mining Analysis Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Diabetic Macular Edema And The Tutor's Experience Summary

Purpose:Based on the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform V2.5" software,search the relevant literature on the treatment of diabetic macular edema with traditional Chinese medicine in the past 20 years,excavate and sort out the medication regularity and potential new prescription composition of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic macular edema,and provide a medication reference for the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.At the same time,Professor Zuo Tao's academic thoughts,clinical ideas,prescription medication and clinical medical records in the treatment of diabetic macular edema were summarized and analyzed.Method:1.Through the literature search of four large databases: CNKI,Wanfang database(WANFANG),VIP and CBM,the clinical controlled trial literatures of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic macular edema were limited from October 31,2000 to October 31,2020.31.According to the abstract of literature name,TCM diagnostic criteria and criteria,western medicine diagnostic criteria,inclusion and exclusion criteria,efficacy determination criteria and other contents,the retrieved literatures were initially screened,second screened,and finally screened three times.To develop the "Statistical Table of TCM Literature on Diabetic Macular Edema".The prescription name,Chinese herbal medicine name and measurement in the literature were standardized according to a unified standard.Record and enter "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform V2.5".Through the statistical analysis program contained in the platform,the drug frequency,four qi and five flavors meridians and medication rules are obtained,the core drug combination and potential new prescription are obtained,and the results are analyzed and discussed.2.On the basis of Professor Zuo Tao's more than 30 years of clinical experience,through the study of teachers during the master's degree,combined with the relevant published literatures of the tutor,summarize his academic thoughts on the treatment of diabetic macular edema,screen its effective cases,and deeply explore the clinical treatment ideas and methods for the disease.Results:1.Finally enter 69 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicines on the platform,a total of110 herbs;the total frequency of drugs is 730 times;the total frequency of four qi is 702 times,of which 245(34.9%)are the most frequent for warm drugs;1019 are the total frequency of five herbs,of which 504(49.46%)are the most sweet;1798 are attributed to the total frequency of meridians,and 366(20.36%)are attributed to the liver meridian drugs.Drug frequency statistics were performed on all prescribed herbs,and a total of 23 herbs with a frequency of more than 10 times.The top 10 were Poria cocos,Astragalus membranaceus,Alisma orientalis,Angelica sinensis,Chuanxiong,Atractylodes macrocephala,Plantago asiatica,Rehmannia glutinosa,Salvia miltiorrhiza,and Lycium barbarum.There were a total of 15 pairs of drug pairs with a frequency of more than 20 times,and the first five groups were "Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos","Poria cocos,Alisma orientalis","Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos","Astragalus membranaceus,Alisma orientalis",and "Chuanxiong2.Based on the association rules,according to the number of support ? 20,confidence ? 0.8,the top three combinations were "Astragalus membranaceus,Alisma orientalis — > Poria cocos","Chuanxiong,Poria cocos — > Angelica sinensis",and "Atractylodes macrocephala— > Poria cocos".3.Based on cluster analysis,10 core combinations were excavated,and the representative five groups were(1)Platycodon grandiflorum – Astragalus membranaceus – Kudzuvine root,(2)Poria cocos – Alisma orientalis – Dilong,(3)Chuanxiong – Honghua – Achyranthes bidentata,(4)Honghua – Lycium barbarum – Achyranthes bidentata,and(5)Rehmannia glutinosa – Glycyrrhiza uralensis On this basis,five groups of new prescriptions were excavated,and the representative three were(1)Platycodon grandiflorum – Astragalus membranaceus – Kudzuvine root – Polygonatum odoratum,(2)Poria cocos – Alisma orientalis – Dilong – Coix seed,and(3)Chuanxiong – Honghua – Achyranthes bidentata –Panax notoginseng.Conclusion:1.Through the use of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform V2.5" for data mining of the medication of the literature,the analysis and summary of the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine formulas for the treatment of diabetic macular edema show that outstanding physicians mostly use sweet and warm drugs to treat diabetic macular edema,and mostly start from the liver,spleen,heart and kidney meridians;most of the obtained high-frequency drugs and high-frequency drug pairs are water and dampness drugs,qi drugs and blood circulation drugs,water and dampness,tonifying deficiency,blood circulation and removing blood stasis should be the main therapeutic principles of DME.Potential TCM combinations and new prescriptions are mostly combined from deficiency,blood stasis,and dampness,and clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease can be used for reference on the basis of dialectical treatment.2.After the training of parents and many years of experience in diagnosis,Professor Zuo Tao established a research team,explored academic ideas,and summarized the "seven-step eye-catching method" for the treatment of diabetic macular edema by using the thinking mode of "Huitong in Chinese and Western medicine,featuring traditional Chinese medicine treatment" : careful history-dialectical identification of diseases-internal and external care,dialectical treatment-prevention of diseases,prevention of existing diseases,prevention of recovery after treatment-popularization of education-hope of combustion.After summarizing the clinical medical records,the syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM can improve the symptoms of patients with diabetes as a whole,and the tutor takes Diling Xiaoshui Yin as the basic prescription and adds or subtracts it with the clinical syndrome;acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the symptoms of patients as a whole through the form of eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture,and direct current treatment of fundus microcirculation plays a good role in promoting.It has been clinically verified to be effective.Clinical promotion is recommended.
