Based On Data Mining Analysis Of Professor Ma Xiaoyan's Medication Rule In The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective: The purpose of this paper is to summarize Professor Ma Xiaoyan's experience in the use of Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of chronic renal failure and the rules of prescription by means of frequency,association rules and cluster analysis,so as to provide more experience for the clinical treatment of chronic renal failure.Material and method:In this study,patients who met the diagnostic criteria of chronic renal failure in the expert outpatient service of Professor Ma Xiaoyan in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to November 2020 were collected.Patient case information was collected to establish a patient database.The function function of Excel was used to conduct drug statistical classification.SPSS Clementine 12.0 was used for association rule analysis of drugs,SPSS Statistics 26.0 was used for cluster analysis of drugs,and relevant statistical results were recorded.Results:1.A total of 123 patients were included in this study,with a total of 363 medical records.There were 66 male patients and 57 female patients,with a male-to-female ratio of1.2:1.The number of patients over 45 years old was the largest,accounting for 69.92%.2.A total of 111 Chinese herbal medicines were involved,and the cumulative frequency of drug use was 9133 times.There were 27 drugs that used > 100 times.The top 10 most used drugs are Astragalus membranaceus,honeysuckle vine,Pinellia tuber,Atractylodonis atractylodonis,rhubarb,Amothecum mori,oyster,white straw root,Poria cocos and Plantago seed.3.This study involved 15 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,of which the most commonly used were drugs for tonifying deficiency,clearing away heat,dampening and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,with the frequency of 20.75%,13.17%,10.37% and 10.20%,respectively.In the statistics of drug channeling,most drugs were attributed to the spleen and kidney channels.In the statistical analysis of four qi,mild cold drugs were the most,followed by cold,warm and plain drugs.The statistical results of five flavors showed that sweet drugs were the most commonly used,followed by acrid and bitter drugs.4.In the analysis of association rules,the highest second-order association degree is:Huoxiang ? Pinellia pinellia,Ji Nejin ? Pinellia pinellia,Peilan ? Pinellia pinellia,Peilan ? Astragalus membranaceus.In the third-order association rules,the highest association degree is: Radix Pseudo Radix Radix + Amorenum pinelliae ? Pinellia pinelliae;Radix Atractylodes + Radix Pseudo Radix Radix ? Astragalus membranaceus.In the fourth-order association rules,the highest correlation is: Pueraria + Oyster + Amorum Seed? Honeysuckle Vine.5.Cluster analysis showed four core formulae: class 1: Pinellia pinellia,Amothecum mori,Honeysuckle vine,Oyster,Radix Blaechizae,Poria,Bupleurum,Cortex Moutan,Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodes atractylodes,Rheum rhubarb,Plantago seed,Salvia miltiorrhiza,and Zedoary rhizome;Class 2: Radix Puerariae,Leonurus,Prunella;Class 3: dodder,turtle shell,chicken Nejin,Huo Xiang,Taizi Radix,Peilan;Class 4: dogwood,yam,Perilla leaf,bitter almond.Conclusion:1.Chronic renal failure takes up the highest proportion in middle-aged and elderly people,indicating that it is a long-term and chronic disease.2."Kidney deficiency and toxic accumulation" is the key pathogenesis of chronic renal failure.The three methods of "invigorating the spleen and invigorating the kidney to resist poison,detoxification by analyzing the causes of treatment,and detoxification by guiding the situation" are proposed to be used together,especially focusing on regulating the spleen and stomach.3.Professor ma when the clinical treatment of chronic renal failure with umami micro cold sex,to tonify deficiency of spleen and kidney by medicine,medicine and chemical medicine for activating blood circulation and its commonly used medicines: astragalus root,honeysuckle stem,pinellia,atractylodes,rhubarb,amomum villosum,oysters,cogongrass rhizome,poria cocos,plantain seed,etc.,with the basic pathogenesis of CRF "empty","wet"and "hot","stasis","poison".
