| Objective:Through the observation of the treatment in qi deficiency and blood stasis in frequent ventricular premature beats of coronary heart disease with Heart Kangding Pill,through the analysis of relevant clinical data to evaluate the efficacy,explore its mechanism of action,confirm the effectiveness of Xinkangding Pill in the treatment of frequent ventricular premature beats of coronary heart disease,and facilitate clinical use and promotion.Methods:From June 2017 to December 2018,he was admitted to the inpatients of the Huangpi District Chinese Medicine Hospital in Wuhan.A total of 60 inpatients who met the criteria for the diagnosis of ventricular premature beats with coronary heart disease and the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis were selected and included.this research.According to the random number table method,the experimental group and the control group were divided into 30 groups in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment of coronary heart disease with frequent premature ventricular contractions,mainly including aspirin enteric-coated tablets, once a day,100 mg each time;clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate tablets,once a day,75 mg each time;atorvastatin calcium Tablets,once a day,each time 20mg;metoprolol succinate,once a day,each time47.5mg,etc.orally.The experimental group was given oral Heart Kangding Pill(6 capsules/time,3 times/day)on the basis of routine application of the basic drugs for the treatment of coronary heart disease with frequent premature ventricular contractions.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks and followed up for 2 months after treatment to observe whether there were any adverse reactions.Dynamic changes of the following indicators before and after observation: 24-hour ambulatory ventricular premature beats,heart rate variability,N-terminal atrial natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),TCM syndrome scores,and biochemical safety Sex indicators.The data of the above indicators before and after treatment were recorded,and the data processing analysis was performed using SPSS19.0statistical software.The results of the statistical analysis of the two groups of curative and safety indicators were compared to obtain relevant conclusions.Result:In the clinical observation process,1 case was absent in the experimental group,1 case was excluded from the control group,0case was discontinued,and 29 cases were completed and followed up in a total of 58 cases.There were no significant differences in gender,age,weight,history of tobacco and alcohol,course of disease,and medical history between the two groups.In this study,the number of ventricular premature beats and heart rate variability were reduced 24 hours after treatment(p<0.05), left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly increased(p<0.05),and NT-pro BNP treatment was significantly lower than before treatment.(p<0.05),TCM syndrome scores were also significantly lower(p<0.05),and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.The patient safety indicators were in the normal range during the treatment,and the safety was grade I.Conclusion:Compared with conventional western medicine treatment,Heart Kangding Pill combined with conventional western medicine for treating coronary heart disease with frequent ventricular premature beats can effectively reduce the number of 24-hour ventricular premature beats,improve heart rate variability,improve left ventricular ejection fraction,and improve NT-pro BNP.Biochemical indicators reduce TCM syndrome scores,thereby improving patients' clinical symptoms and improving their quality of life.During the treatment and follow-up of Heart Kangding Pill combined with conventional western medicine,there were no obvious adverse reactions and other side effects,and the safety was good,which is suitable for clinical application. |
