The trial group was treated with oral Zheng Dan Fu Mai Soup 100ml 2 times a day. The control group was treated with oral Dan Lou Tablets 2 pills 3 times a day and Shen Song Yang Xin Capsules 4 pills 3 times a day. The changes syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine , signs and electrocardiogram were observed before and after treatment for 1 course of treatment ( 28days ).Result:○1 The Evaluation on total therapeutic effects: the obvious effective rate of the treatment group (16.7%), response rate(73.3%), total effective rate(90%) significantly increased in the data of the control group (6.7% , 56.7% and 66.7%)(p<0.05)。○2 The effective rates of the 24 hour dynamic heart electricity room wrestles the curative effects: After Ridit analysis, P<0.05, Two groups of curative effects have the significance difference。○3 Coronary disease electrocardiogram curative effect determination:After Ridit analysis, P>0.05, Two group of electrocardiogram curative effects compare the non-significance difference。○4 The effective rates of the TCM symptoms: symptoms of palpitation and restlessness, chest discomfort, shortness of breath, hypodynamia and heavy sensation in limbsboth improved significantly in treatment group and control group respectively.
