Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safty of turbid phlegm and blood stasis using Zheng Dan Fu Mai soup in patients with the ventricular extrasystole of coronary heart disease .Methods:A randomized control open trial was conducted in 60 cases which including trial group 30 cases and the control group 30 cases with the turbid phlegm and blood stasis of ventricular extrasystole of coronary heart disease. The trial group was treated with oral Zheng Dan Fu Mai Soup 100ml 2 times a day. The control group was treated with oral Dan Lou Tablets 2 pills 3 times a day and Shen Song Yang Xin Capsules 4 pills 3 times a day. The changes syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine , signs and electrocardiogram were observed before and after treatment for 1 course of treatment ( 28days ).Result:○1 The Evaluation on total therapeutic effects: the obvious effective rate of the treatment group (16.7%), response rate(73.3%), total effective rate(90%) significantly increased in the data of the control group (6.7% , 56.7% and 66.7%)(p<0.05)。○2 The effective rates of the 24 hour dynamic heart electricity room wrestles the curative effects: After Ridit analysis, P<0.05, Two groups of curative effects have the significance difference。○3 Coronary disease electrocardiogram curative effect determination:After Ridit analysis, P>0.05, Two group of electrocardiogram curative effects compare the non-significance difference。○4 The effective rates of the TCM symptoms: symptoms of palpitation and restlessness, chest discomfort, shortness of breath, hypodynamia and heavy sensation in limbsboth improved significantly in treatment group and control group respectively. Symtm of chest discomfort improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group, the improvement on the other four symptoms in the treatment group was better than those in the control group, the difference in both groups was significant.Conclusion:Zheng Dan Fu Mai Soup is of obvious curative effect and sacurity in treating turbid phlegm and blood stasis of ventricular extrasystole of coronary heart disease and is worth popularizing. |
