Observation Of The Clinical Effect Of Shenxiongdingji Prescription In The Treatment Of Patients With Ventricular Premature Beats Of Coronary Heart Disease With Qi-deficiency And Blood Stasis And Its Effect On Heart Rate Turbulence

Objective: The purpose of this project is to observe the clinical effect of shenxiongdingji prescription on patients with ventricular premature beats of coronary heart disease(CHD)with qi-deficiency and blood stasis,and to explore the intervention and possible mechanism of shenxiongdingji prescription on heart rate turbulence,and evaluate the clinical safety and efficacy of shenxiongdingji prescription in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)with qi-deficiency and blood stasis.Methods: In this study,60 patients with ventricular premature beats of coronary heart disease(CHD)with qi-deficiency and blood stasis were selected from cardiovascular disease subject outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.the treatment group was given shenxiongdingji prescription combined with conventional western medicine treatment,the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation period was 28 days.Observe and record the patient's Chinese medicine symptoms integral,24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram,and heart rate turbulence before and after treatment,and judge the efficacy.Results:1.After treatment of the two groups of patients,both the Chinese medicine symptoms integral of the treatment group with the control group were lower than before(p < 0.05),while the Chinese medicine symptoms integral of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically differences(p < 0.05).2.After treatment,the total effective rates of 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram were 83.33% and 70.00%,respectively,which were higher in the treatment group than in the control group,with statistically differences(p < 0.05).3.The heart rate turbulence(TO and TS)before and after treatment of the two groups was compared within the group,which was significantly improved compared with that before,and the difference was statistically(p < 0.05).After treatment,heart rate turbulence(TO and TS)in the two groups were compared between the two groups.The improvement degree of heart rate turbulence(TO and TS)in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically(p < 0.05).Conclusion:Shenxiongdingji prescription can improve the Chinese medicine symptoms integral and 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram of patients with ventricular premature beats of coronary heart disease(CHD)with qi-deficiency and blood stasis,and it also can have a positive effect on heart rate turbulence in patients with ventricular premature beats of coronary heart disease(CHD)with qi-deficiency and blood stasis.
