Clinical Efficacy Of Qinggan Ningxin Formula In The Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Contraction In Coronary Heart Disease With Heart-liver Fire And Stasis

Objectives Through the clinical observation of Qinggan Ningxin Formula in the treatment of ventricular premature contractions of coronary heart disease with heart and liver fire and blood stasis,the curative effect was objectively evaluated to provide a basis for further research.Methods Seventy patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected according to the stratified randomization method: treatment group(basic treatment+Qinggan Ningxin Formula)and control group(basic treatment+metoprolol tartrate tablets),with 35 patients in each group,4 weeks as a course of treatment to compare with the number of 24-hour dynamic ECG ventricular premature,ECG ischemic changes,blood lipids(TC,TG,HDLC,LDL-C),heart rate variability,TCM syndrome score,TCM single syndrome score and changes in safety index between the two groups before and after treatment.SPSS 23.0 was used to statistically analyse the data.Results 1 A total of 70 patients were included in this pilot study,of which two cases were shed and two cases were excluded.A total of 66 cases effectively completed the relevant pilot study,including 34 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in age,gender,course of disease,Lown classes,number of ventricular premature,heart rate variability,blood lipids,TCM single symptom score and total TCM symptom score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),and the two groups were balanced and comparable;2 The total effective rate of the treatment group(basic treatment + Qinggan Ningxin Formula)was82.4%,and that of the control group(basic treatment + metoprolol tartrate tablets)was56.3%.The difference in the total efficacy of ventricular premature beats between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group;3 The difference in the improvement of TCM symptoms: palpitations,chest tightness(pain),irritability,insomnia and dreaminess,dry mouth and bitter mouth between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the treatment group had better effect than the control group(P < 0.05);4 The treatment group could significantly reduce the number of premature ventricular contractions,and its effect was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05),and both groups could improve ischemia myocardial in patients,but the difference in the total effective rate between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);5 The effect of reducing blood lipids(TC,LDL-C)in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);6 There was no statistically significant in safety indexes between the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusions 1 Qinggan Ningxin Formula can effectively reduce the number of premature ventricular beats and improve heart rate variability;2 Qinggan Ningxin Formula can effectively reduce the TCM evidence score and improve clinical symptoms;3 Qinggan Ningxin Formula can effectively reduce blood lipids;4 Qinggan Ningxin Formula is safe and effective and without any obvious adverse reaction.Figure 0;Table 19;Reference 128...
