Clinical Observation Of Anlv Dingbo Decoction In The Teratment Of Patients With Coronary Heart Disease Complicated With Ventricular Premature Contraction(phlegm-heatdisturbing Heart Type)

Objective: Through the collection of case data of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with ventricular premature contractions(phlegm-heat disturbing heart type)admitted by the director of the Sixth Department of Cardiology,Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,objective to observe and record the clinical effect of Anlv Dingbo Decoction in the treatment of ventricular premature beat of coronary heart disease.Objective to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Anlv Dingbo Decoction in the treatment of premature ventricular contractions(phlegm heat disturbing heart type)of coronary heart disease.Method: From March 2020 to December 2020,among the patients with coronary heart disease ventricular premature contraction(phlegm-heat disturbing heart type)who were admitted by Professor Ren Fengwu from March 2020 to December 2020,the outpatient clinic was selected to meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for coronary heart disease ventricular premature contraction and the dialectical phlegm-heat disturbing heart type A total of 60 patients were included in the study,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Among them,the control group was only given western medicine for treatment,while the test group was treated with a combination of Chinese and Western medicine,plus Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of oral western medicine.After four weeks of treatment for all patients,the changes in syndrome scores and curative effects before and after treatment,the curative effect of conventional 12-lead ECG,the number and curative effect of 24 ambulatory ventricular premature beats,and the changes in blood lipid levels were observed and counted.Use SPSS23.0 to sort,count and analyze the data before and after treatment.Result:1.A total of 60 patients were screened and included in this study,all of whom have completed the treatment course and later follow-up,and there are no patients who have fallen off,eliminated,or aborted the trial.There was no significant difference in gender and age between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and they can be compared.2.After treatment of the two groups of patients,the total score of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05);the individual scores of TCM syndromes: after treatment,the symptoms of palpitations,chest tightness,upset,shortness of breath,and insomnia in the test group were all improved,The efficacy of the test group is better than that of the control group.(P<0.05).3.After the two groups of patients were treated,the 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram showed that the number of premature beats was lower than before.The total effective rate of the patient’s curative effect was(experimental group)86.67% and(control group)66.66%,respectively.The experimental group had better curative effect Group,with statistical significance.(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the ECG myocardial ischemia of the two groups of patients has changed.The test group has 17 cases markedly effective,9 cases are effective,and the effective rate is 86.67%;the control group has 13 cases markedly effective,9 cases are effective,and the effective rate is 73.33%;the difference is statistically significant.(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the HDL-C of the patients increased,and the comparison between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The increase in the test group was more significant,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).LDL-C,TC,TG decreased in the two groups,and the decrease in the experimental group was more obvious,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Anlv Dingbo Decoction in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease ventricular premature contraction(phlegm-heat disturbing heart type)can alleviate the patient’s symptoms and significantly improve the efficacy of TCM syndrome integral.2.Anlv Dingbo Decoction in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease ventricular premature beats(phlegm-heat disturbing heart type)can significantly reduce the number of 24 hours ambulatory ventricular premature beats.3.Anlv Dingbo Decoction can effectively improve myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease ventricular premature beats(phlegm-heat disturbing heart type).4.Anlv Dingbo Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease ventricular premature contraction(phlegm-heat disturbing heart type)patients can improve the patient’s blood lipid level.
