| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with ventr icular premature contraction deficiency of Qi and Blood.Methods:66 patients with premature ventricular contraction of coro nary heart disease with deficiency of qi and blood were included in the study,and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group(33 cases in each group).The control group was given conventio nal drug treatment,and the treatment group was given Yangxin Decocti on on the basis of conventional treatment for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the changes of total scores of TCM syndromes,scores of si ngle TCM syndromes,total number of 24-hour PVCs,Ventricular prema ture load,Myerbury grading,QTc,Tp-e/QT,quality of lifeassessment sc ale and safety indicators(blood routine,urine routine,liver function,ki dney function,etc.)were observed in two groups.Rehospitalization and death of severe ventricular arrhythmia(ventricular tachycardia/ventric ular fibrillation)were taken as the end points.The patients were follow ed up 6 months after treatment SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analys is of experimental data.Results:1.General data:there were 13 males and 20 females in the treat ment group and 10 males and 23 females in the control group,P>0.05 by Chi-square test,the difference was not statistically significant.There was no significant difference in age and Myerbury grading between th e two groups(P>0.05).2.TCM syndrome score:the total score of TCM syndrome score was decreased in both groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Aft er treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in r educing TCM syndrome scores,and the difference was statistically signi ficant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 81.8%in the treatment gro up and 57.6%in the control group,the difference was statistically sign ificant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was bet ter than that in the control group.3.TCM single symptom score:both groups could improve sympto ms of palpitation,insomnia,spontaneous sweating,shortness of breath,fatigue and weakness(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).It shows that ya ngxin Decoction combined with conventional treatment has significant ef fect on palpitation,insomnia,spontaneous sweating,shortness of breath,fatigue and weakness.There was no significant effect in dizziness,laz y speech,numbness of hands and feet,pale complexion or yellowing(P>0.05).4.The total number of 24-hour PVCs:both groups could reduce t he total number of PVCs(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the total number of PVCs,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Ventricular premature load:The ventricular premature load of t he two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The reduction of ventricular premature load in the treatment grou p was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistic ally significant(P<0.05).6.Myerbury grading efficacy and score:The Myerbury score of th e treatment group and the control group after treatment was lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),t he comparison between the two groups after treatment in Myerbury scor e was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was bet ter than the control group;The total effective rate of Myerbury grading effect was 63.6%in the treatment group and 33.3%in the control gro up,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment gr oup was higher than the control group.7.QTc and Tp-e/QT:there was no significant difference in QTc an d Tp-e/QT between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant differencein QTc and Tp-e/QT between the tre atment group and the control group after treatment.8.Score of quality of Life Scale:both groups could improve the s cores of patients’ physiological dimensionand psychological dimension,t he differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the improveme nt of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).T here were no significant differences in environmental and social dimensi ons between the two groups(P>0.05).9.Safety:There were no obvious abnormal changes in bloodroutine,urineroutine,liver function,kidney function and vital signs in 2 groups aftertreatment.10.Rehospitalization rate and mortality:Rehospitalization rate and mortality of severe ventricular arrhythmia(ventricular tachycardia/vent ricular fibrillation)6 months after treatment,there was no significant di fference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Yangxin Decoction can improve the TCM syndrome of coronary heart disease(CHD)patients with ventricular premature contraction defi ciency of Qi and Blood.2.Yangxin Decoction can effectively reduce the number of ventric ular premature contraction,lighten the load of ventricular premature con traction and reduce Myerbury grading in coronary heart disease(CHD)patients with ventricular premature contraction deficiency of Qi and Blo od.3.Yangxin Decoction can improve the quality of life of patients w ith ventricular premature contraction Qi and Blood deficiency of corona ry heart disease. |
