| Objective：Observe Xinmaian Troche treatment of coronary heart disease, heartof ventricular premature (Yin deficiency of both qi and blood stasis resistancecard) the safety and effectiveness.Methods：Accordingtoinclusioncriteriacollectedwithcoronaryheartdiseaseof80cases of ventricular premature beats patients, were randomly divided intothe treatment group of40cases,40cases of the control group. The treatmentgroup was given oral Xinmaian tablets,4tablets each time,3times a day, thecontrol group was given oral Shensongyangxin capsules,4capsules each time,3times a day, for a period of4weeks.Using open, multicenter clinical trials,with the criteria for the collection of coronary heart disease patients withventricular premature40cases, all give oral Xinmaian Troche,4tablets eachtime, three times a day, period of treatment for4weeks. Observe Xinmaian Troche,for ventricular premature (Yin deficiency of both qi and blood stasis resistancesyndrome) before and after patient’s treatment of ventricular premature totalcurative effect, ventricular premature happen times (24hours dynamicelectrocardiogram evaluation), electrocardiogram curative effect, effect oftraditional Chinese medical syndrome, and before and after the comparison ofthe drug safety index, including: blood, urine, and routine, electrocardiogram,liver function (ALT, AST), kidney (BUN, Cr), and possible adverse reactions.Finally using the SPSS17.0statistical software for data analysis, hierarchicaldata by using rank sum test, count data by using the chi-square test, measurementdata using t-test, concluded that the results.Results：1. Evaluating curative effect: control the premature aspects:patients the total effective rate was77.5%,the control group had totalefficiency42.5%, the treatment group was superior to control group (P <0.05),Ventricular premature contraction frequency comparison between the treatmentgroup and the control group had significant difference and the number of ventricular premature compared before and after treatment significantdifference (P <0.05). Description of Xinmaian tablets have a reduced numberof beats; Electrocardiogram curative effect comparison: patients the totaleffective rate was65%. The total efficiency of37.5%for the control group,treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05). Heart chakra thatAnn tablet can improve coronary artery blood flow, and enhance the myocardialblood; In the clinical symptoms improved: patients the total effective rate was95%, the control group the total efficiency was77.5%, the treatment group wassuperior to control group(P <0.05). The improvement of the obvious symptomsof traditional Chinese medicine, reduce the clinical symptoms.2. Safety evaluation: the test process found no adverse reaction, the heartchakra has a good safety of Xinmaian Troche.Conclusion：1. The Xinmaian Troche can significantly reduce ventricularpremature coronary heart disease (Yin deficiency of both qi and blood stasisresistance syndrome) the number of patients with early room;2. The Xinmaian Troche can effectively improve the ventricular prematurecoronary heart disease (Yin deficiency of both qi and blood stasis resistancesyndrome) of patients with symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine;3. The Xinmaian Troche ventricular premature treatment of coronary heart diseasehas a good safety. |
