| Objective: To study the effect of zishen huoxue fumo decoction on preventing too little menstruation after induced abortion,and to provide clinical theoretical basis for its application in preventing too little menstruation after induced abortion.Methods: From January 2018 to November 2018,120 patients who underwent painless induced abortion in the outpatient department of the Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Southwest Medical University and were reexamined 6 days after surgery and met the inclusion criteria were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,60 in each group,according to the random number table generated by Excel.On the 7th day after operation,the observation group started oral Zishen Huoxue Fufu Decoction(composition:Prepared rhizome of rehmannia 20 g,chinese yam 20 g,fructus corni 15 g,Poria Locos15 g,angelica root 10 g,fractus Lycii 15 g,dodder 15 g,main tortoise plastron 12 g,leonurine 15 g,costustoot 6g,all of our hospital outpatient new green medicine Free decoction),1 dose per day,divided into three times warm water,for 7 consecutive days.Blank groups are not processed.Observation and comparison of menstrual regurgitation time between the two groups after operation.The menstruation of three consecutive cycles after operation was compared between the two groups(Menstrual volume,dysmenorrhea,menstrual cycle).The TCM syndromes of the two groups were compared on the 14 th day after surgery and on the 23-24 days after the first menstruation,except for menstruation;Endometrial thickness(double-layer)was measured by vaginal ultrasound on 23-24 days after surgery and 23-24 days after the first menstruation.Six sex hormones in the first and second menstrual cycles after surgery were compared between the two groups(P,FSH,LH,E2,PRL,T).Results: 54 in the observation group and 52 in the blank group were included in the final statistical study.In the observation group,pictorial blood loss assessment chart 77.93±9.75,63.74±11.8,66.09±8.21,and 69.37±7.43,respectively.The blank groups were 77.23±8.60,56.96±8.83,62.35±8.27,and 64.04±9.26,respectively.The postoperative menstrual blood loss scores of the two groups were lower than those before surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.00).The blood loss scores of menstruation in the observation group were higher than those in the blank group after three consecutive cycles,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The menstrual period of dysmenorrhea in the observation group was better than that in the blank group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter menstrual re-tidal time than the blank group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness of the observation group was statistically significant(P<0.05)after 23-24 days after operation and 23-24 days after the first menstruation.In the observation group,the TCM syndrome improvement except for menstruation was significantly better than the blank group at 14 days after operation and the first postoperative menstruation after 23-24 days.There was significant difference(P<0.05).The six basic hormones in the first and second menstrual cycles of the two groups were within the normal range,and no abnormalities were observed.Conclusion: 1.Zishen Huoxue Fufu Decoction can effectively prevent the decrease of menstrual flow and the occurrence of dysmenorrhea after artificial abortion.2.Zishen Huoxue Fufu Decoction can effectively prevent TCM symptoms of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis after artificial abortion.3.Zishen Huoxue Fufu Decoction can accelerate endometrial repair after artificial abortion and promote menstrual cramps.4.There was no adverse reaction during the observation group.This side and can be used to prevent the menstrual flow in patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis after artificial abortion. |
