| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Tongjing Tang(BS forshort) which induced abortion technique stops menstruating, to explorethe possible mechanism and provide scientific basis for the clinicalapplication of it.Method:We selected 40 examples outpatient service to diagnose amenorrhea afteroperation (Kidney-deficiency & Gore). All were strictly brought into andremoved line according to the diagnosis standard. Above examples weredivided into two groups randomly as Traditional Chinese Medicinetreatment group and Western-medicine contrast group, each groupincluded 20 examples. The treatment group was given BS, and the contrastgroup was given Estrogen-Progesterone (E-P for short). Two groups took3 menstrual cycles as a treatment course. Every time we carried onappraising the symptom effect after a medicine cycle to evaluate, andcarried on appraising the clinical effect after a medicine treatmentcourse. We observed the effect on FSH, LH, E2, the P value influence; thechange of BBT; the side effects in the medicine process. At last, we dealtwith observed result in terms of the statistical analysis and evaluatedmedicine treatment about the clinical effect and the security.Result:1. Kidney-deficiency & Gore was an important cause of disease pathogenesiswhich the induced abortion technique stop menstruating. We usedthe method which Kidney-Tonifying & Blood-Activating, they could gain thebetter effect after BS or Western medicine of E-P artificial cycletreatment.At the same time,they could improve the menstruation symptom.The recovery rate of BS was 65%, the total effective rate was 90%; whichof E-P was 45% and 75% respectively. By means of statistics analysis, there was statistical difference between these two groups on the clinicaleffect (p＜0.05). It stated that the clinical effect of the treatment groupwas better than that of the contrast group.2. Two groups of medicine could improve the symptom. The treatment groupwas superior to the contrast group. There was remarkable difference(p＜0.05).3. Two groups had no difference in FSH, LH, E2, P which were all in normalrange. And there were no difference before treatment and after treatmentin all kinds of point (p＞0.05).4. The age of treatment group was compared to the clinical effect, 18～20 year old of group compared to 20～30 year old of group did not havesignificant difference (P＞0.05), 20～30 Year old with 30～35 year old,18～20 year old quite even had significant difference with 30～35 yearold (P＜0.05). It indicated that age had influence on clinical effect. Agesmaller, the clinical effect is better.5. The course of illness was compared to the clinical effect, 3～6 monthwith 7～12 month,＞12 month quite even had significant difference (P＜0.05), but 7～12 month was compared to＞12 month did not havesignificant difference (P＞0.05).It indicated that the course ofillness had influence on clinical effect. The clinical effect of 3～6month obviously better than 7～12 month and＞12 month.6. The course of treatment was compared to the clinical effect, thattreated for 1 month quite evenly with 2 months, 3 months had significantdifference (P＜0.05).That treated for 2 months also had significantdifference with 3 months comparisons (P＜0.05).It indicated that thecourse of treatment had influence on clinical effect. The course oftreatment longer, the clinical effect is better.7. The times of operation was compared to the clinical effect,＜3 times,3～6 times,＞6 times quite even had significant difference (P＜0.05), 3～6 times was compared to＞6 times did not have significant difference(P＞0.05). It indicated that the time of operation had influence on clinicaleffect. The clinical effect of＜3 times was obviously better than 3～6 times and＞6 times.8. Group BS showed no side effects of drugs in this investigation, and thesame time group E-P showed side effects of drugs on 5 patients.Conclusion:BS and E-P artificial cycle could therapy the Amenorrhea after inducedabortion. In the total clinical effect, the treatment group was superiorto the contrast group. The observation of the effect demonstrated thatthe effect of the treatment was related to the age, the course of illness,the course of treatment and the times of the operation. Induced as follows:1. Kidney-deficiency & Gore was an importance pathogeng and mechanism ofamenorfhea, which caused by induced abortion.2. Kidney-Tonifying & Blood-Activating was an important treatment onamenorrhea, which caused by induced abortion. Menstruate could berecovered by the treatment of Bushen Huoxue Tongjing Tang. And it couldobviously alleviate following symptom.3. The FSH, LH, E2, P had no change in group BS and group E-P artificial cycletreatment.4. Group BS showed no side-effects of drugs in this investigation, itshowed that it is safe to use BS to treat amenorrhea, which caused byinduced abortion. |
