| ObjectiveTo study the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine prescription Huoxue Zishen Recipe in the treatment of patients with immune premature ovarian failure(POF)and decreased ovarian reserve(DOR),and to find safe and effective treatment for patients with immune POF or DOR.MethodsAccording to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,65 female patients with POF and DOR were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=32)and the control group(n-33).Among them,the experimental group took Chinese medicine decoction Huoxue Zishen Recipe,and the control group received oral Keling Meng(Estradiol valerate/estradiol cyproterone tablets)were treated for 3 months.Serum FSH,LH,E2,AMH,and INHB levels were measured before and after treatment in the control group and the experimental group,and the symptom scores before and after treatment were recorded.Vaginal ultrasound was also used to monitor ovarian volume,antral follicle number,and ovarian stromal blood flow resistance index and pulsation index and endometrial thickness.Observing changes in related indicators before and after treatment.Results1.There was no significant difference in the age,age at menarche and duration of disease between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions after the end of the test.2.Symptom score:There was no significant difference in the pre-treatment symptom score between the experimental group and the control group.After 3 months of treatment,the symptom scores of the experimental group and the control group were lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05),and the symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Serum FSH,LH,E2 levels:There were no significant differences in serum FSH,LH and E2 levels between the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the serum FSH and LH levels in the experimental group and the control group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The serum FSH and LH levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the serum E2 levels in the experimental group and the control group were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The serum E2 levels in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).).4.Serum AMH and INHB levels:There were no significant differences in serum AMH and INHB levels between the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the serum AMH and INHB levels in the experimental group and the control group were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The serum AMH and INHB levels in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).5.Ovarian volume:There were no significant differences in the left and right diameters and upper and lower diameters of the bilateral ovaries between the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the left and right diameter,the upper and lower diameter of the left ovary,and the left and right diameter of the right ovary in the experimental group were longer than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the upper and lower diameter of the right ovary was not obvious(P>0.05).The left and right diameter and upper and lower diameter of the left ovary were longer compared with those before treatment the control group(P<0.05),and the left and right diameter and the upper and lower diameter of the right ovary were not obvious(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the left and right diameter and the upper and lower diameter of the left ovary and the left and right diameter of the right ovary of the experimental group were significantly longer than control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the upper and lower diameters of right ovary between groups(P>0.05).6.The number of antral follicles and endometrial thickness:There was no significant difference in the number of antral follicles and endometrial thickness between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the number of antral follicles in the experimental group and the control group increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group increased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the endometrial thickness of the experimental group and the control group was thicker than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the endometrial thickness of the experimental group was thicker than that of the control group(P<0.05).7.Ovarian stromal blood flow resistance index and pulsatility index:There was no significant difference in ovarian stromal blood flow resistance index and pulsatility index between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).After 3 months of' treatment,the bilateral ovarian stromal flow resistance index and pulsatility index of the experimental group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The left ovarian resistance index and pulsation index of the control group were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),the right ovarian resistance index was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the pulsation index was not significantly lower than before treatment(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the bilateral ovarian stromal flow resistance index and pulsatility index of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).8.After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was compared with the total effective rate of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Huoxue Zishen Recipe and Keling Meng can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of autoimmune POF and DOR patients and improve the quality of life,but the effect of Huoxue Zishen Recipe is more significant.The multi-target treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine compound has better curative effect,no adverse reaction and high safety.2.Huoxue Zishen Recipe and Keling Meng have improved ovarian hormone levels in patients with autoimmune POF and DOR,but the effect of Huoxue Zishen Recipe is more significant.It is possible that follicular atresia in the ovary of patients with POF and DOR is different from follicular depletion in natural menopause.There are still follicles that can be activated and developed in the follicle pool of POF and DOR patients.3.Huoxue Zishen Recipe and Keling Meng can improve the ovarian blood supply of autoimmune POF and DOR patients to a certain extent,so that the ovarian volume increases to a certain extent,the number of antral follicles increases,and the ovarian stromal blood flow resistance index and pulsation index decrease,the thickness of the endometrium is thickened,but the effect of Huoxue Zishen Recipe is more significant. |
