The Research On The Repair Of Endometrial After Abortion By Zishen Yutai Pill

Abortion:Induced abortion (Abbreviated as abortion), refers to the surgery through which to artificially remove pregnancy tissue materials from the womb after contraceptive failure in order to end the pregnancy. As more and more unwed teenagers lightly choose painless induced abortion surgery, the damages to reproductive function, especially endometrial caused by induced abortion have been increasingly prominent.Objective:According to this thesis paper, the patients who had experienced first induced abortion were suggested to take the kidney tire and fertility pills and/or vitamin E capsules for two weeks, and accept clinical observation with its mechanism of action analyzed and its clinical efficacy observed, so as to promote the growth and repair of patients’endometrial after painless surgery in order to improve the reproductive health of women.Methods:Illness cases were collected from those who have come to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, First Affiliated Hospital gynecology clinic to apply for first painless induced abortion between June2013and December2013; There were totally30patients who were classified to accept painless induced abortion and were randomly divided into test groups of20cases and control groups of10cases. Patients in both groups were required to take conventional oral azithromycin tablets six days after the surgery to prevent infection and postpartum capsules stasis, and they were required to take routine pelvic ultrasound review and urine pregnancy test two weeks after the surgery in order to exclude residual complications.20patients from the test group were required to take oral kidney tire and fertility pills (each5g, 3times a day) and vitamin E capsules (each one, day1) two weeks after the surgery with a period of two and half months in total;10patients from the control group were required to take oral vitamin E capsules (each one, day1) two weeks after the surgery with a period of two and a half months in total. Both groups were followed up in accordance with the established time and content of the routine follow-up. The statistical software SPSS17.0was used to conduct the statistical analysis.Results:1. After the two groups taking the medicine, scores comparisons of the amount of three consecutive showed no statistical difference (P>0.05) over the amount of first menstrual flow between the two groups. but there were statistical differences (P<0.05)over the second and third menstrual flow between the two groups. This suggests that the menstrual flow volumes of the test group were more than that of the control group.7cases of too little menstrual flow happened in the control group, menstrual flow volume of the test group fell within the normal range.2. Comparison of the TCM symptom scores showed no statistical difference (P>0.05) between the two groups after the painless induced abortion and before taking the medicines; This indicates that the symptoms related to kidney deficiency which happened among the two groups two weeks after the painless induced abortion surgery were similar in both number and extent. Comparison of the TCM symptom score showed statistical differences among the two groups taking painless induced abortion after two and a half treatment period showed statistical differences (P<0.05); This indicated that the improvement in TCM symptoms among the test group was significantly better than that of the control group after taking the medicine.Comparison of the TCM symptom scores showed statistical differences (P <0.05) among the test group before and after taking the medicine. That indicated the significant improvement in TCM symptom among the test group after taking the medicine; Comparison of the TCM symptom scores showed no statistical differences (P>0.05) among the control group before and after taking the medicine control group before and after taking the medicine. This indicated no improvements among the control group in the TCM symptom before and after taking the medicine.The significant improvement effect of the fetal Zishen and fertility pill on the indisposed symptoms-ache and weak at waist and knee Lassitude happening after painless induced abortion-was discovered by conducting group-within and inter-group comparisons on the TCM symptoms scores of kidney deficiency which were observed in this research.3. The group-within and inter-group comparisons on the endometrial thickness values which were detected through two consecutive vaginal ultrasound monitoring among the two groups, showed no statistical differences (P>0.05).4. The group-within and inter-group comparisons on the uterine spiral artery PI、RI、PSV values which were detected through two consecutive vaginal ultrasound monitoring, showed no statistical differences (P>0.05).5. Discoveries were obtained through comparisons on the serum E2、P values and endometrial E2、PR、VEGF values between the two groups within12hours: there were no statistical differences (P>0.05) over the E2、P value and endometrial values; There were statistical differences (P<0.05) over the endometrial PR、VEGF values between the two groups.Conclusion:Taking the Zishen tire and fertility pills two weeks after the painless induced abortion would be effective in promoting the growth and fetal repair of the endometrial with its function mechanism-promoting the repair of the endometrial by advancing the expression of VEGF in the endometrial; promoting pregnancy function recovery after induced abortion by boosting the intra-uterine film PR expressions; while Zishen tire pill could promote the rehabilitation of the body, treat the symptoms like backache and improve the quality of life of patients. Kidney and fertility pills can be regarded as fetal medicines which are easy to take and can be easily accepted by patients; significant adverse reactions were found during the clinical course of medication.
