The Study Of The Effect Of Zishen Huoxue Decoction On The Ovulatory Disorder Infertility Lean Patients With PCOS Restore Ovulation And Related Factors

Objective:By observing the sex hormone level,the follicular development,the thickness and morphology of endometrium,the rate of pregnancy,the Body Mass Index(BMI) of the ovulatory disorder infertility lean patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),while analyzing the clinical efficacy of the Zishen Huoxue Decoction and exploring its mechanism.Methods:To observe the effect of the serum basic sexual hormone levels,the diameter of the dominant follicles,the rate of ovulation,the rate of the cycle of ovulation, the rate of the small follicle ovulation,the rate of the luteinized unruptured follicles syndrome(LUFS) and the adiaphorous cycles,the thickness and morphology of endometrium,the rate of pregnancy, the rate of the cycle of pregnancy,the change of BMI between the two groups of patients before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,in the treatment group the level of luteinizing hormone(LH) reduced siginificantly, the average diameter of the dominant follicles becomes larger,the rate of the cycle of ovulation increased,the rate of the small follicle ovulation and cycle cancellation rate reduced,the endometrial thickness and the proportion of type A endometrium increased on the ovulation day.The results of statistic analysis showed that there were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05).While the level of testostrone(T),estradiol(E2),Follicle Stimulating Hormone(FSH) and prolactin(PRL) were slightly improved, the rate of LUFS reduced,the rate of ovulation increased, the proportion of type B and type C endometrium cases reduced, the rate of pregnancy and the rate of cycle pregnancy rate increased,the average BMI improved slightly, but they did not achieve statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Zishen Huoxue Decoction Combined with CC for the ovulatory disorder infertility lean patients with PCOS,can promote follicular development, reduce small follicular ovulation and increase ovulation, endometrial thickness and type A endometrium ratio,improve the ovulation rate,cycle ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and pregnancy rate.
