Objective: To observe the comparison between the clinical study of treating foot varus(convalescence)after stroke with method of tonifying qi and relaxing tendons and the clinical study of treating valgus after stroke with traditional acupuncture method(convalescence),to make a scientific and objective judgment on clinical research on the treatment of foot varus(convalescence)after stroke by tonifying qi and relaxing tendons,so as to provide an effective method for clinical acupuncture treatment of this disease,To provide the basis for better clinical treatment of the disease. Methods: Sixty patients with varus foot(convalescence)after stroke were selected for this study, use random groups, thirty patients were divided into the treatment group of foot varus(convalescence)after stroke treated by tonifying qi and relaxing tendons, traditional acupuncture treatment of stroke foot varus(convalescence)of the control group of thirty. Each time, the needle was kept for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes,a filiform needle was produced.10 days was a treatment cycle.Comparative analysis was conducted on the levels of pronation of feet before and after treatment, the Brunnstrom stage scale of lower limbs, and Berg balance scale of the two groups of patients,to observe and measure the clinical efficacy of tonifying qi and relaxing tendons in the treatment of pronation of feet(convalescence)after stroke. Results: 1.Foot pronation level: both the treatment group and the control group had significant changes in this aspect before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the patients in the treatment group showed more significant changes in this aspect than the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of tonifying qi and relaxing tendons group in this aspect was higher than that of the traditional acupuncture group2.Lower extremity Brunnstrom staging assessment: both the treatment group and the control group showed significant changes in lower extremity mobility before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the patients in the treatment group showed more significant changes in this aspect than the control group(P<0.05),indicating that theefficacy of tonifying qi and relaxing tendons group in improving the patients' lower limb activity was higher than that of the traditional acupuncture group.3.Berg balance scale evaluation: both the treatment group and the control group had significant changes in the balance before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the patients in the treatment group showed more significant changes in this aspect than the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of tonifying qi and relaxing group in improving the patients' balance was higher than that of the traditional acupuncture group.4.Overall efficacy evaluation: the total effective rate in the treatment group was86.7%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 76.7%.The comparison of patients in the two groups in this regard(P<0.05)indicates that the overall efficacy in the tonifying qi and relaxing group is higher than that in the traditional acupuncture group.Conclusion:1.Both the tonifying qi and relaxing tendons and the traditional acupuncture methods can change the appearance of the symptoms of foot varus(convalescence)after stroke.2.The clinical effect of tonifying qi and relaxing tendons on the treatment of foot varus(convalescence)after stroke is higher than that of traditional acupuncture.
