Relaxing Tendons Lotion In The Application Of The Type C Distal Radius Fractures Of Postoperative Rehabilitation

Objective:Explore the relaxing tendons lotion with functional exercise on postoperative rehabilitation of type C distal radius fractures clinical curative effectMethods:Fuzhou General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region selected orthopaedic between January2013and June2013,64cases of patients with C fractures of the distal radius,25cases of men, women,39cases, aged20to69years old, an average of53, Using the random single blind method, according to admission order were randomly divided into two groups, single number32cases as control group (surgery+functional exercise), double number32cases as treatment group (surgery+fumigation+functional exercise). All patients admitted to hospital after treatment, surgical method for open reduction and plate fixation of distal radius fractures+plaster external fixation. Preoperative and postoperative routine application of swelling and drug therapy. Control group, in accordance with routine postoperative functional exercise, the treatment group on the basis of functional exercise, postoperative4weeks after the demolition of plaster began to give Chinese medicine fumigation,2times a day,7days for a course, conducted four course of treatment. Started when the demolition of gypsum and fumigation2weeks,4weeks,8weeks after patients pain, wrist joint mobility(percentage of the healthy side), wrist joint function of patients with overall evaluation (Sarmiento score)and self evaluation score(PRWE score). Data from the two groups using SPSS19.0for statistical processingResults:1. General data comparison:two groups of patients in terms of gender, age, causes after statistics analysis, no significant difference (P>0.05), comparable.2. Pain score comparison:two groups of patients with demolition of gypsum started fumigation pain score was no significant difference, start fumigation2weeks,4weeks,8weeks after have obvious difference.3. Wrist motion:Dismantling a plaster began fumigation at two groups of patients was no obvious difference, wrist joint mobility (percentage of the healthy side)to fumigation after2weeks,4weeks,8weeks have obvious difference.4. Wrist joint function overall score comparison:Two groups of patients when the demolition of gypsum wrist function overall score was no significant difference, start fumigation2weeks,4weeks,8weeks after significant differences (P<0.05). 5. Patients self-assessment comparison:Two groups of patients when the demolition of gypsum self assessment score was no significant difference, start fumigation2weeks,4weeks,8weeks after significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Type C distal radius fracture patients, relaxing tendons lotion fumigation, cooperate with functional exercise, to relieve pain, promote the wrist joint function recovery is more effective than conventional functional exercise.
