Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Liver Qi Stagnation And Tension Type Headache With Headache Relieving Granule

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Headache Relieving Granule in treating tension headache of stagnation of Liver-qi type.Method: In this study,60 patients with tension headache who met the inclusion criteria from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table.The control group was treated with western medicine alone(amitriptyline hydrochloride tablets);the treatment group was treated with Headache Relieving Granule on the basis of the control group;both groups were treated for 4 weeks continuously,which was a course of treatment.The changes of tension headache score,TCM symptom scale score and safety index were observed before and after treatment,and the data were analyzed statistically.Outcome:(1)The curative effect of tension headache: after 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and that of the control group was 70%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05);(2)the total score of tension headache: after 4 weeks of treatment,the total score of tension headache in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group(P < 0.05);(3)the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms: after 4 weeks of treatment,treatment,the total score of tension headache The total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 56.66% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05);(4)TCM syndrome score: after 4 weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome score in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P < 0.05);(5)safety analysis: before and after treatment,blood routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram and other indicators of the two groups were all significant.There were no obvious abnormalities and no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Headache Relieving Granule is effective in treating tension headache of stagnation of Liver-qi type.It can significantly improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and can significantly reduce the intensity,frequency and duration of headache,without obvious adverse reactions,and has good safety.
