In the medical industry,in order to enhance the core competitiveness,it is necessary for the medical industry to have high quality service and professional medical team.Therefore,in order to stand out in the fierce competition,managers need not only to optimize the management system,but also to strengthen the cultivation of medical personnel's identity,so as to enhance their sense of belonging to the hospital.In view of this situation,from the theoretical point of view of identity,the study explores the relationship among identity,sense of organizational belonging and prosocial behavior of medical staff,describes the status quo of identity,sense of organizational belonging and prosocial behavior of medical staff,and analyses the differences of different demographic sociological variables in identity,sense of organizational belonging and prosocial behavior of medical staff.The purpose of this study is to understand the status quo and existing problems of identity,sense of organizational belonging and prosocial behavior of medical staff in China,to provide data support for the development of professionalization and professionalization of medical staff in China,and to provide reference and suggestions for strengthening the cultivation of professional ethics and prosocial behavior of medical staff.In this study,medical staff from six comprehensive hospitals in Jingzhou City,Hubei Province were surveyed by means of convenient sampling.612 copies were actually collected,of which 574 were valid questionnaires.Four tools were used in the study,namely: medical personnel basic personal data questionnaire,medical personnel identity scale,organizational belonging scale and prosocial inclination scale.The data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 statistical tools,using descriptive statistical analysis,independent sample T test,Pearson correlation analysis,multivariate analysis of variance and regression analysis.The SPSS17.0 statistical tool was used to analyze the data.Descriptive statistical analysis,independent sample T test,Pearson correlation analysis,multivariate analysis of variance and regression analysis were used in the analysis method.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The identity of the medical staff and the sense of belonging to the organization are important factors affecting their prosocial behavior;(2)There was a significant positive correlation between medical staff's identity,the sense of organizational belonging and prosocial behavior;(3)Different ages,employment hours,academic qualifications,professional titles,marital status,medical staff identity,organizational belonging and prosocial behavior levels are different.Managers can rationally improve the management system based on these factors;(4)Medical staff's identity and the sense of organizational belonging have a positive predictive effect on prosocial behavior,and prosocial behavior also has a positive predictive effect on identity and sense of organizational belonging.
