Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of new nurses'professional identity,clinical belonging and turnover intention by analyzing the influencing factors of new nurses' turnover intention,and to explore the relationship between new nurses'professional identity,clinical belonging and turnover intention,Then we can provide reference and advice for improving nurses' work environment and job satisfaction and reducing their turnover intention.Methods In December 2018,nearly 50 new nurses who participated in standardized training were selected as the research subject by using snowball sampling and surveyed with the basic information questionnaire star.Then they sent the questionnaire link to the nurse students who met the selection criteria,and so on.Questionnaires were collected from self-designed general questionnaire,the professional identity scale,turnover intention scale and clinical belonging scale were administrated to the study participants to explore the relationship among them.The statistical methods including independed samples t-test,one-way ANOVA,Pears on intercorrelation,and multiple linear regression analysis were used to explore the risk factors of new nurses' turnover intention and the correlation between them.Results 1.The total score of occupational recognition level was(101.97±14.840),being a medium level.Occupational social skills were the highest in occupational identity dimension,the average score is(3.5±0.71),and self-reflection was the lowest in occupational identity dimension,the average score is(3.29±0.85).2.The total score of clinical belonging was(115.32±11.559),being a medium level.Dimension of clinical belonging was the highest,with an average score of(3.62±0.58),and communication and cooperation ability dimension score was the lowest,with an average score of(3.19 ± 0.69).3.The average score of new nurses' turnover intention is(2.63±0.665),which is at a higher level.The turnover intention III was the highest among turnover intention(2.89±1.03),and the turnover intention ? was the lowest among it(2.42±0.77).4.The satisfaction for salary and rest time is the most significant influence on the turnover intention in the general demographic statistics.Marriage and department have statistical significance for the turnover intention II in the three dimensions of turnover intention.In addition,results showed that the influences of the nurses' occupational identity and clinical belonging included department,salary and welfare and rest time.5.The new professional nurses' professional identity is negatively related to turnover intention.6.The clinical belonging of new nurses is negatively correlated with turnover intention.7.The professional identity of new nurses is positively correlated with clinical belonging.8.The satisfaction for salary and welfare has the greatest impact on turnover intention among the general information questionnaire by using logistic regression analyses;The occupational recognition dimension has the greatest impact on turnover intention among the occupational identity scale;the dimension of self-esteem has the impact on turnover intention among clinical belonging scale.Conclusion 1.The new nurses have a medium level of professional identity and clinical belonging,and a higher level of turnover intention;2.The professional identity is negatively correlated with the turnover intention.The biggest dimension of influence is occupational cognition;the clinical belonging is negatively correlated with the turnover intention,and the biggest dimension is self-esteem;the professional identity and clinical belonging are positively correlated with each other;3.The satisfaction for salary and welfare has the greatest impact on turnover intention in demographic information;4.Therefore,To improve the public's understanding of the nurse,nursing management department should pay more attention to strengthen the new nurses' social support and the nursing students' professional identity education,improve the professional identity of nursing students.Health care agencies and nurse managers should take reasonable measures to enhance the professional identity and clinical belonging of new nurses;improve the salary and psychological support of new nurses.
