Clinical Observation Of Pingdong Jingan Decoction Combined With Digital Auditory Integration Training For The Treatment Of TD(Spleen Deficiency And Liver Phlegm Syndrome)

Objective: Changes in the scores before and after the children's symptoms and signs with Tic Disorder(Spleen Deficiency and Liver Hyperactivity)by observing the combination of the different powers of Tianma Gouteng Decoction add and subtract and Digital Auditory Integration Training to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of the different powers of Tianma Gouteng Decoction add and subtract combined with Digital Auditory Integration Training on children who suffered from Tic Disorder(Spleen Deficiency and Liver Hyperactivity)and expand the treatment of children with Tic Disorder(Spleen Deficiency and Liver Hyperactivity).Methods: The sample of this subject was selected 60 eligible children suffered from Tic Disorder Spleen Deficiency and Liver Hyperactivity and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given the different powers of Tianma Gouteng Decoction add and subtract,and the treatment group was given the different powers of Tianma Gouteng Decoction add and subtract plus Digital Auditory Integration Training,to 7 days for a period of treatment,observations of 2 period of treatment.To observe the type of twitch,twitching frequency,twitching intensity,twitching degree and degree of interference before and after treatment.Results: Through the observation and evaluation of clinical efficacy of 60 cases,to analysis the comparison between two groups,the control group: a total of 30 cases were cured 2 cases,6 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 83.3%.The treatment group: a total of 30 cases were cured 5 cases,12 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.7%,and there was no adverse reaction.Conclusion: The different powers of Tianma Gouteng Decoction add and subtract combined with Digital Auditory Integration Training on children who suffered from Tic Disorder(Spleen Deficiency and Liver Hyperactivity)clinical curative effective,no-toxic side effects,feasible,and is superior to pure Chinese medicine treatment,and has clinical value.
