Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of serum vitamin D,serum sugar antigen(carbohydrate ant igen125,CA125)and serum human epididymis protein 4(epididymis protein 4,HE4)in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.Materials and methods: the collection of 50 cases of endometrial cancer diagnosed by pathology examination in Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Dalian University between September 2017 and December 2018 was endometrial cancer group,50 patients with benign endometrial lesions were endometrial benign lesions group, and 50 healthy medical examination women were collected as healthy control group in the same period. The level of 1,25-(OH)2D3 in the serum of the subjects was determined by series Mass spectrometry, the serum CA125 level of the subjects was determined by electrochemical immunofluorescence method, the level of HE4 in the serum of thesubjects was determined by enzymatic immunoassay, and the serum 1,25-(OH)2D3,CA125 and in the three groups were compared and analyzed. The expression level and positive rate of HE4,and the expression level and positive rate of different surgical and pathological stages of endometrial carcinoma in three groups were analyzed, and the diagnostic value of three groups of indexes for endometrial carcinoma was evaluated. Results: 1.The serum 1,25-(OH)2D3 level in patients with endometrial cancer and endometrial benign lesions was lower than that in healthy controls(P<0.05).Endometrial cancer group and intrauterine cancer group There was no significant difference between the benign lesions(P>0.05).The expression levels of CA125 and HE4 in endometrial cancer patients were higher than those in benign endometrial lesions and healthy controls. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the levels of serum CA125 and HE4 in patients with benign endometrial lesions were high.At the level of healthy controls, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The positive rate of 1,25-(OH)2D3 expression in endometrial cancer group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference compared with endometrial benign lesion group. The significance of learning(P>0.05),the positive rate of serum CA125,HE4 single detection and the combination of three indicators in endometrial cancer group were higher than those in benign endometrial lesions and healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of1,25-(OH)2D3 expression in the endometrial benign lesions group was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the positive rate of serum CA125 and HE4 expression was compared with the healthy control group.Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The serum levels of CA125 and HE4,the positive rate and the positive rate of1,25-(OH)2D3 in stage III patients with endometrial cancer were significantly higher than those in stage I and stage II(P<0.05).With the increase of staging, the expressionof 1,25-(OH)2D3 was significantly lower than that of other stages, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The sensitivity and negative predictive value of the combined detection were significantly higher than the single test, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In conclusion:1.Serum CA125 and HE4 were highly expressed in patients with endometrial cancer, which was positively correlated with surgical pathological stage, and serum 1,25-(OH)2D3 was low expression level, which was negatively correlated with surgical pathological stage.2.The combination of serum 1,25-(OH)2D3,CA125 and HE4 can improve the diagnostic value of endometrial cancer and is an effective screening method.
