The Value Of Serum HE4 And CA125 Joint Detection In Diagnosis And Treatment Of Endometrial Carcinoma

Objective:to analyse the value of serum HE4 (human epididymis protein 4) and CA125 (carbohydrate antigen 125) joint detection in diagnosis and treatment of endometrial carcinoma, explore the clinical significance of HE4 and CA125 detection in endometrial cancer.Methods:using polymerase chain immune adsorption to test 40 examples intrauterine membrane carcinoma (Preoperative and postoperative),20 cases intrauterine membrane hyperplasia patients and 30 cases of healthy controls women serum HE4 levels, at the same time, using chemiluminescence immunoassay detection of serum CA125 levels in three groups of patients, comparing three sets of samples in the levels of serum HE4 and CA125, endometrial cancer patients with preoperative postoperative serum HE4 and CA125 level changes, using the positive predictive value of serum HE4 and CA125 expression to calculate both the sensitivity of the detection in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma. to endometrial cancer patients with preoperative serum HE4 and CA125 level and endometrial cancer surgery pathological staging and pathological grading parameters such as correlation analysis.Results:(1) in patients with endometrial carcinoma preoperative serum samples of HE4 expression level was 97.46+/-24.16 pmol/L, the expression of CA125 level was 43.81+/-12.23 U/ml, two groups of data were higher than in endometrial hyperplasia group (HE4:53.83±18.37 pmol/L, CA125:23.63±8.45U/ml) and normal control group (HE4:44.46±7.37 pmol/L, CA125:15.26±7.45 U/ml), the difference had statistical significance (P< 0.05); (2) the endometrial cancer patients with preoperative and postoperative 7 days testing, the expression of HE4 and CA125 in serum samples have obvious changes, the difference had statistical significance (P< 0.05). (3) HE4 sensitivity in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma was 55%, the sensitivity of CA125 in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma was 30%, the two jointly the sensitivity of the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma was 62.5%. (4) Data showed that patients with endometrial carcinoma preoperative serum HE4 expression and endometrial cancer surgery significantly the pathological staging, pathologic stage; (P<0.05). The expression of CA125 and endometrial cancer, pathologic stage there is no obvious correlation. (P>0.05)Conclusion:(1) the serum HE4 and CA125 can help the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma; (2) in serum HE4 and CA125 joint detection, can be used for endometrial cancer treatment effect of detection.
