| Objective: Clinical effect of cocktail therapy on early swelling and pain after knee arthroscopy in patients with knee osteoarthritisMethod: The data of 50 patients with knee osteoarthritis diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis and treated by arthroscopy from July 2017 to March 2018 were collected.a prospective randomized controlled study was conducted and randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group. At the end of the operation, the patients in the treatment group were injected with cocktail mixture in the articular cavity, while the patients in the control group were given a single injection of ropivacaine into the articular cavity. The VAS score of knee joint pain, the circumference of knee joint, the content of interleukin(IL)-1 in synovial fluid and the amount of joint puncture drainage were recorded.Result:There was no shedding in the clinical observation of this study, and 50 cases were actually completed.Through data statistics, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the balance of general data such as age, sex, diseased limbs and so on(P>0.05).The results of pain VAS score showed that there was significant difference in VAS score between the two groups on the 1st and 3rd day after operation(P<0.05),which indicated that the analgesic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the long-term effect was more significant. The results of knee joint circumference showed that there was significant difference between the two groups at 3 days and 5 days after operation(P<0.05),which indicated that the effect of detumescence in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. The results of joint cavity effusion and IL-1 concentration showed that on the 1st and 5th day after operation, the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in reducing inflammatory reaction and reducing joint cavity effusion.Nausea and vomiting occurred in 1 case and dizziness in 1 case in the treatment group, and nausea and vomiting in 2 case and dizziness in 0 case in the control group, all of which were relieved after symptomatic treatment. The comparison between the two groups showed that P>0.05,indicating that cocktail therapy did not increase the incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusion: Cocktail therapy can alleviate the early edema pain of knee osteoarthritis after knee arthroscopy,im Prove the quality of life of patients after operation, and achieve a good clinical effect. |
