Clinical Study On The Effect Of Shengtong Zhuyutang On Postoperative Pain And Swelling Of Knee Osteoarthritis With Meniscus Injury After Arthroscopy

Purpose:This article mainly through observation and pain by stasis tonga subtraction intervention with meniscal injury of knee osteoarthritis arthroscopy swelling the clinical efficacy of postoperative pain,body pain by stasis tonga subtraction intervention combined meniscal injury of knee osteoarthritis arthroscopy effectiveness of postoperative pain,swelling and the advantage of combining TCM with modern medicine treatment about knee osteoarthritis.According to the results of clinical efficacy,it provides supplementary treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for the existing arthroscopic treatment of meniscus injury combined with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:1.The prescription of Shentong Zhuyutang2.Clinical trial:60 patients with meniscus injury complicated with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group(Shentong Zhuyu decoction plus aescin sodium tablets)and control group(oral aescin sodium tablets).The course of treatment was 30 days.The treatment indexes included VAS,WOMAC and Lequesne index scores before and after treatment.And the changes of TNF-α,IL-6,CRP,IL-18 and ESR before and after treatment.Results:(1)Through the comparison of the patients in the treatment group and the control group before treatment,it was found that there was no significant difference in the scores of WOMAC,Lequesne and VAS,After one month of clinical intervention,it was found that the scores of WOMAC,Lequesne and VAS of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the data showed that there was significant difference between the two groups.Through the comparison of the scores of WOMAC,Lequesne and VAS,it was found that after clinical treatment,the scores of Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with aescin sodium tablets were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)By comparing the conditions of patients in the treatment group and the control group before treatment,it was found that in the changes in the serum TNF-α,IL-6,CRP,IL-18,and ESR levels of the two groups of patients,the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),with comparable characteristics;by comparing the serum TNF-α,IL-6,CRP,IL-18,and ESR of the two groups before and after treatment,it was found that the serum levels of the two groups showed a significant decrease and some Statistical difference(P<0.01).By comparing the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6,CRP,IL-18,and ESR between the two groups of patients after treatment,it was found that the content of the treatment group was lower,and except TNF-α,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The study found that the treatment group and the control group,that is,taking Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with aescin sodium tablets and simply taking aescin sodium tablets are effective in relieving meniscus injury with knee osteoarthritis after arthroscopic surgery.(2)Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with aescin sodium tablets can improve the range of motion of patients’ knee joints to a certain extent,improve pain symptoms,and improve the life treatment of patients.(3)The total effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with aescin sodium tablet in the treatment of meniscus injury complicated with knee osteoarthritis after arthroscopic arthroscopy is better than that of oral aescin sodium tablet.it provides clinical basis for the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,operation and medicine in the treatment of meniscus injury complicated with knee osteoarthritis.(4)It shows from the side that Shentong Zhuyu Decoction has a certain therapeutic effect on meniscus injury combined with knee osteoarthritis.
