Purpose: To observe the arthroscopic surgery with new body pain by stasis mixture clinical curative effect for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Material and method: In September 2015 to March 2017,screening for liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital orthopedic treatment of 40 patients with knee osteoarthritis knee as the research object,including 11 cases of male,female 29 cases,age 46~72,with an average age of 58.45 years.Course 1~14 years,the average course of 6.4 years.20 cases were randomly divided into control group,experimental group 20 cases.Both groups selected patients,according to the condition under the line of the arthroscopic probe cleaning part of the meniscus resection surgery.Conventional treatment group(control group)for routine anti-inflammatory,analgesic,detumescence,prevent blood clots and other symptomatic treatment,combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group(experimental group)in addition to the above combination therapy combined with western medicine of oral Chinese medicine treatment.According to knee joint Lysholm scoring system for evaluation of postoperative functional recovery of two groups of patients with knee joint system evaluation.Institute of the selection of the patient’s gender,age and course of the disease,no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),comparable.Results: Experimental group: Knee Lysholm score 38.40±5.86 points preoperatively,3 weeks after followed up for an average of 86.00±3.85 points,period is(77.0±6.7)%.Control group: Knee Lysholm score 41.20±6.81 points preoperatively,3 weeks after followed up for an average of 79.20±4.97 points,period is(67.0±10.2)%.The postoperative period is better than that of control group.The difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: The arthroscopic surgery,combination with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of knee osteoarthritis is ideal method,can relieve joint pain,improve joint function,improve the quality of life,effectively slow the development process of knee joint osteoarthritis. |
