Experimental Observation On The Treatment Of Postoperative Hemorrhoid Edema With Different Proportion Of Rhubarb Glauber's Nitrate

Objective: To compare the clinical effect of different proportion of rhubarb glauber's nitrate in the treatment of postoperative hemorrhoid edema.Methods:From August 2018 to January 2019 in xinjiang autonomous region of traditional Chinese medicine hospital anus bowel division treated 90 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoid postoperative edema of anal edge,randomly assigned into three groups,each group for A,B,C,group A with rhubarb mirabilite using rhubarb mirabilite 1:2 ratio 1:1,group B and group C using rhubarb mirabilite 1:3,statistics of three groups of postoperative edema scores change 1,3,5,and edema and record hospitalization days,three groups of detumescence postoperative follow-up.Results: One day after surgery,edema scores of the three groups were similar(P>0.05).Edema scores of group C 3-5 days after surgery were lower than those of groups A and B,and the edema disappeared faster,P<0.05.The efficacy of postoperative edema in group C was better than that in group A and B(proportion),P<0.05.Conclusion: rhubarb mirabilite ratio of 1:3 can help patients faster elimination of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative edema,help reduce the pain of patients.
