Alum Of Rhubarb Decoction In Anus Drip Control Clinical Study On Postoperative Bleeding Of Hemorrhoids

Objective: Observe alum soup infusion in preventing hemorrhoids anus postoperative bleeding in patients with clinical efficacy.Method: Select December 2015-December 2016 Kunming Hospital of TCM of Anus Bowel section of the patients after mixed hemorrhoid operation,it randomly divided into treatment group and control group,deduction of cases of loss of 10 cases,the final effective case of 62 cases,in which the treatment group for 32 cases,the control group of 30 cases,all were mixed hemorrhoids external stripping internal treatment,the first day after the operation,the treatment group used Rhubarb alum soup anus drip,each 100 ml,daily early,late each time,at the same time oral Yunnan Red Medicine capsules,2 capsules(Specifications 0.25,0.5g,three times a day,seven days of treatment;The control group orally administered Yunnan Red Medicine capsules,2 capsules(spec 0.25,0.5g),three times a day,seven days of treatment.The third day after the operation observed the bleeding of patients.Result: In the observation process of the 72 patients,of which 5 cases for personal reasons or loss of withdrawal observation,5 patients did not take the medication as required to count.Final effective number of cases 62(treatment group for 32 cases,control group 30 cases).There was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease,distribution of preoperative condition,hemorrhage scores in treatment group and control group(p > 0.05),and statistically comparable.The third day after the operation,the seventh day observation two groups of defecation bleeding situation,the third day after the treatment group of bleeding scores less than the control group when bleeding scores,the comparison between the two groups significantly statistically significant difference(P<0.05),the postoperative hemorrhage scores were less statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with the control group in the Seventh Day treatment group.The efficacy and efficiency of the postoperative seventh day treatment group were 78.12%,96.75%,and the control group was 40% and 73.33% respectively,The two groups of explicit efficiency and total efficiency compared with the control group were higher than those in the group,and the difference was statistically significant(P =0.001<0.05)..Safety judgement: No severe adverse reactions,respiratory,blood pressure,body temperature,pulse,and other major vital signs were not observed during the treatment of two groups..Conclusion: Alum rhubarb soup with convergence of hemostasis and blood hemostasis,anus infusion of the simultaneous oral administration of Yunnan Red Medicine capsule can significantly improve the postoperative bleeding symptoms of hemorrhoids,in which the treatment group efficiency and effective rate of 78.12%,96.75%,respectively,the control group is 40%,73.33%(P?0.05).Clinical research shows that rhubarb alum decoction and oral administration of Yunnan Red Medicine capsule can reduce the bleeding symptoms in the back of the operation and improve the quality of life.Its clinical efficacy is better than the simple oral administration of Yunnan Red Medicine capsules,and less adverse reactions,clear curative effect,worthy of clinical application.
