In guarantee under the premise of balance(that is, the preoperative preparation, anesthesia, postoperative eating, static point antibiotics, postoperative treatment and traditional Chinese medicine of defecate wash relatively balanced and consistent sitz bath, etc) to observe the postoperative anal edge edema patients respectively using rhubarb, glauber’s salt powder 1:3 and 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress after anal edge edema can reduce the significant efficiency and total effective rate and hospitalization days, it is the key that we observe. The cure rate and total effective rate were 33.33% and 90.00% respectively.Conclusions: Patients into two group in age, gender, and no obvious difference was found between the swelling degree. In terms of hemorrhoid postoperative edema treatment, no obvious difference was found between two groups of curative effect on postoperative 1, 3-5, the treatment group curative effect after surgery and 3 to 5 days discharge rate are better than the control group.
