Objective: To analyze the correlation between the degree of coronary artery stenosis and blood lipid level in postmenopausal women.Methods:682 postmenopausal women hospitalized in the heart center of the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were divided into two groups according to ethnic differences: Han group(N ≤475)and Uygur group(N ≤ 207).The results of coronary angiography were not abnormal in 117 cases of Han group and 83 cases of Uygur group as control group.358 patients in Han group had different degrees of coronary artery stenosis, and 124 patients in Uygur group had different degrees of coronary artery stenosis as observation group. The relationship between coronary artery disease and the degree of coronary artery disease was analyzed. Results: 1.Compared with the control group, the levels of HDL and Apo-AI were significantly decreased and the levels of LDL were significantly increased in Han and Uygur patients(P < 0.05).2.The blood lipid levels of Han and Uygur patients were significantly different between the two groups(P < 0.05).HDL in Uygur group was significantly lower than that in Han group, while LDL and TC was significantly higher than that in Han group.3.Both in Han group and Uygur group, the levels of HDL and Apo-AI decreased with the increase of the degree of angiopathy, and the levels of LDL,Apo B and LP(a)increased with the increase of the degree of angiopathy. There was no significant change in),TG and TC levels, but no correlation(P > 0.05).4.With the increase of postmenopausal time in women, the degree of coronary artery disease is aggravated. There was a positive correlation between menopausal time and the degree of coronary artery disease(P < 0.05).Conclusions:The serum HDL of postmenopausal women in Uygur group was significantly lower than that in Han group, but LDL,TC was significantly higher than that in Han group. There was a correlation between the level of blood lipid and the degree of coronary artery disease in postmenopausal women. The increase of low density lipoprotein, apolipoproteins B and lipoprotein a was positively correlatedwith coronary artery stenosis, while the levels of high density lipoprotein and apolipoproteins AI were negatively correlated with coronary artery stenosis. The increase of postmenopausal time in women was positively correlated with the degree of coronary artery disease.
