Objective The incidence of coronary heart disease in our country is still high at present and the consequences are increasingly severe,so the early detection and intervention of coronary heart disease need more attention.The inoxidizability of serum bilirubin have attracted more and more scholars' attention in delaying the progress of atherosclerosis,the main disease associated with atherosclerosis is coronary heart disease,this study mainly explores the relationship between serum bilirubin,lipids and coronary artery Gensini score and evaluate the predictive value of serum bilirubin for coronary atherosclerosis.Methods 184 patients with coronary arteriography examination in cardiology of our hospital from August 2015 to April 2017 were selected and divided into the control group(n=59)and the coronary heart disease group(n=125).Coronary atherosclerosis was assessed according to the coronary artery Gensini score,the 125 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups according to the result of coronary artery Gensini score:low score group(Gensini score<45,n=81)and high score group(Gensini score?45,n=44).Serum bilirubin and lipids were compared in each group,then we analysis the correlation of serum bilirubin,lipids and coronary artery Gensini score.Results(1)Comparing the general data of the control group,the low group and the high group,we found that there was no significant difference in sex,age,smoking,drinking,hypertension and diabetes in the three groups(P > 0.05),While comparing the content of serum bilirubin and lipids among three groups,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2).The result of correlation analysis between lipids and coronary artery Gensini score in patients with CHD showed that high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and coronary artery Gensini score were negatively correlated(P<0.01),and cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and coronary artery Gensini score were positively correlated(P< 0.01).(3).The result of Pearson correlation analysis between each kind of serum bilirubin and lipids in patients with CHD showed that total bilirubin(TBIL)?direct bilirubin(DBIL)and indirect bilirubin(IBIL)were negatively correlated(P< 0.05)with cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG)and low density lipoproteincholesterol(LDL-C).And total bilirubin(TBIL)?direct bilirubin(DBIL)and indirect bilirubin(IBIL)were positively correlated(P< 0.05)with High density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C).(4).The correlation analysis of each kind of serum bilirubin and coronary artery Gensini score in patients with CHD showed that total bilirubin(TBIL)?direct bilirubin(DBIL)and indirect bilirubin(IBIL)were negatively correlated(P< 0.05)with coronary artery Gensini score.Conclusion There was a certain correlation between the different types of serum bilirubin? lipids and the severity of coronary atherosclerosis.The decrease of serum bilirubin,the increase of cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),the appearing ascending trend of coronary artery Gensini score,namely,a more severe coronary atherosclerosis.Maybe it has a certain clinical significance in early prediction of coronary heart disease to monitor the content of serum bilirubin.
