The Clinical Study On Treating Functional Constipation Of Spleen Yang-deficiency And Kidney Yang-deficiency By Medicine Separated Moxibustion Navel Therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Medicine separated moxibustion navel therapy in treating Functional Constipation of Spleen Yang-deficiency and Kidney Yang-deficiency,to explore its mechanism,so as to provide a new path for clinical treatment of constipation.Methods: 68 patients with FC were selected in this study and were divided randomly into moxibustion group and acupuncture group of 34 cases,after two months,comparing the diversification of the constipation and TCM symptoms.Results:1.Two groups had significant difference internally(P<0.05)in constipation symptoms and simultaneous phenomenon,It was suggested that all two groups can improve the curative effect.2.There were significant differences in the improvement of constipation symptoms between the two groups(P<0.05),and the two groups also have significant difference in simultaneous phenomenon(P<0.05),it indicates that the experimental group was better to the control group in the two aspects.Conclusion:Medicine separated moxibustion navel therapy have significant effects in treating FC of Spleen Yang-deficiency and Kidney Yang-deficiency in improving the symptoms of constipation and simultaneous phenomenon,and to be worth spreading.
