Study On Clinical Observation On The Severity And Quality Of Life Of Patients With Functional Constipation Of Excess Syndromes Cured With Herb-participationed Moxibustion On The Navel

Objective: Research the clinical observation on the severity and quality of life of patients with functional constipation of excess syndromes cured with herb-participationed moxibustion on the navel, looking for a kind of convenient and quick, the curative effect is distinct, better and more safe non-toxic side effects treatment for patients with functional constipation of excess syndromes.Method and content: Select 60 patients with functional constipation of excess syndromes, and according to random number table were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group 30 cases, respectively, to give every herb-participationed moxibustion on the navel and every starch moxibustion treatment, compared two groups of patients before and after treatment and follow-up of severity of constipation, changes in quality of life rating scale. The treatment group with every herb-participationed moxibustion on the navel, Control every starch moxibustion umbilical, one times a week, 4 weeks for a period of treatment, a course of treatment and follow-up for a month.Results:(1) The severity of constipation: by comparing before and after treatment and follow-up period of two groups of patients with constipation severity score, two groups of patients with constipation severe degree have different degrees of improvement. Severity of constipation after statistics processing but two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05), and the navel therapy group is obviously better than the score every starch moxibustion group.(2) The quality of life rating scale: two groups in the physical, psychosocial, worry, satisfaction and total scores were better than the before treatment, P < 0.05, the differences were statistically significant; Through before the two groups before treatment and after treatment, treatment and follow-up score difference comparison, after statistics processing but two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05), and the navel therapy group is obviously better than the score every starch moxibustion group.Safety evaluation results: In the process of treatment, the two group were not appeared allergic, burns, blistering, rash and other adverse reactions.Conclusion: Herb-participationed moxibustion on the navel of functional constipation curative effect, isolation effect severity can well improve constipation, improve patient quality of life, treatment curative effect is better than that of every other starch moxibustion umbilical groups, can be used as a therapy for the treatment of functional constipation of excess syndromes is safe and effective.
