Clinical Study Of Medicine-Separated Moxibustion On The Navel Combined With Warm Needling In The Treatment Of Menorrhagia In Patients With Adenomyosis

Objective: The study used medicine-separated moxibustion on the navel combined with warm needling and simple medicine-separated moxibustion on the navel to treat patients with adenomyosis of menorrhagia.To observe and evaluate the clinical influences of the two methods,and provide a comprehensive treatment plan for the clinical treatment and long-term management of adenomyosis.Methods: The random number table method was used to randomly divide the60 patients who met the inclusion criteria into 2 groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with medicine-separated moxibustion on the navel combined with warm needling,and the control group was treated with medicine-separated moxibustion on the navel.Observe the changes in menstrual blood loss score,menorrhagia-specific quality of life score and uterine volume before and after treatment,and changes in menstrual blood loss score and menorrhagia-specific quality of life score after 3-month follow-up.Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.4%,and the effective rate of the control group was 92.8%,and the curative effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group(p<0.05).Both groups can reduce the menstrual blood loss score and the menorrhagia-specific quality of life score.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(p<0.05),and the long-term curative effect was more significant.Uterine volume was reduced in both treatment and control groups,and the effects were similar.Conclusion: Medicine-separated moxibustion on the navel combined with warm needling and single medicine-separated moxibustion on the navel can effectively reduce menstrual blood loss in patients with adenomyosis of menorrhagia,improve the quality of life,and control uterine volume to a certain extent.Medicine-separated moxibustion on the navel combined with warm needling can be used as a comprehensive treatment method for the clinical treatment and long-term management of menorrhagia patients with adenomyosis.
