Clinical Research On Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease By Medicine Separated Moxibustion Navel Therapy

Objective :To observe the clinical effects of Medicine separated moxibustion navel therapy of qi stagnation and blood stasis of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease,Compared the symptoms before and after treatment,signs score,to explore and enrich the ideas and methods of the treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease.Then provides a new method for clinical treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease.Methods: 60 cases of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease patients diagnosed are randomly divided into treatment group with Moxibustion on umbilicus therapy,the control group with routine acupuncture treatment,two groups of continuous treatment of 4 courses.The clinical curative effect of the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation are observed after scores are compared to analyze the therapeutic effect.Results: 1.The comparison of clincial efficacy between the two groups:the total effective rate of treatment group is92.86%;the control group total effective rate of 89.65%.There is no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).2.Comparison of two groups total points,the two groups of patients with symptoms and signs score has decreased significantly(P<0.01),the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).3.Comparison of two groups main symptom points,the two groups of main symptom has decreased significantly(P<0.01),the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: the navel to treat qi stagnation and blood stasis in treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammation Disease in certain.It has obvious effect on reducing symptoms and sighs.It is the effective method for the treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease,Clinical worthy of promotion.
