Clinical Research On Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis By Medicine Separated Moxibustion Navel Therapy

Objective:The treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia of benign prostatic hyperplasia was evaluated by using the method of the umbilical method.Methods:To diagnose60 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,randomly divided into two groups(treatment group)and control group,experimental group effect umbilical isolation method,the control group using conventional acupuncture treatment,two groups of four courses of treatment,respectively.Then the clinical efficacy of benign prostatic hyperplasia was evaluated and its therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results: 1.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups: the total effective rate was 93.33%;The total effective rate of acupuncture control group was89.29%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P?0.05).The clinical symptoms of the benign prostatichy perplasia of kidney deficiency and blood stasis can be effectively improved by the treatment of the moxibustion and acupuncture treatment.2.Comparison of two groups of TCM syndromes: the symptoms of TCM symptoms in the two groups were significantly reduced(P?0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P?0.05).It is suggested that the method is superior to the simple acupuncture group in improving the TCM syndromes of benign prostatic hyperplasia of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.3.I-PSS score comparison: both groups showed significant decrease in i-pss score(P?0.05),and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P?0.05).It is shown that the method is superior to the simple acupuncture group in reducing the i-pss score.4.Two groups of prostate volume comparison: after treatment between effect is compared between umbilical group,acupuncture group prostate volume group P?0.05,no statistical significance,in the two groups of treatment successively contrast(P?0.05),there is significant difference.It can be found that the combination of the moxibustion and common acupuncture can improve the prostatic volume,and the effect is similar.Conclusion: the isolation effect umbilical method for kidney and blood stasis type of BPH patients can improve the symptom such as dysuria,urinary line thin,significantly reduced the TCM syndrome integral,I-PSS score,is the treatment of kidney and blood stasis type of benign prostatic hyperplasia and effective method.
