Study Clinical Study On Acupuncture Treatment Of Liver-Qi Stagnation Depression

Objective: The purpose of this research is by acupuncture in the treatment of liver depression and qi depression and conventional oral Chinese traditional wood Hu Shu liver pills observe clinical curative effect of comparison,comparing the curative effects and advantages of two methods,and through the analysis concluded that acupuncture in the treatment of liver depression and qi stagnation type the advantages and disadvantages of depression,so as to better for liver depression and qi stagnation type of depression patients clinical treatment with acupuncture treatment methods.Methods: Seventy-two patients with liver stagnation and qi stagnation depression who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were collected.The eligible subjects included in the trial were randomly divided into two groups using SPSS20.0 software,namely acupuncture group(treatment group)and oral Chinese patent medicine group(control group),and 36 patients were included in each group.Through three courses of treatment,the relevant data of the two groups were analyzed by medical statistics,and the comparative analysis conclusions of the clinical efficacy of the two groups were summarized.Results: The original plan included 66 patients,but in order to prevent shedding increased by 20%,79 patients were actually included(40 cases in the treatment group,and4 cases were excluded).There were 39 cases in the control group(excluding 3 cases).Before diagnosis and treatment,the basic data of the patients(gender,age,course of disease,SDS scale score and HAMD scale score)were integrated and compared,and no statistical significance was found(P = > 0.05).The data of the two groups were comparable.After treatment,there were significant differences in SDS score and HAMD score between the two groups(p < 0.05).The total effective rate was 91.67% in the treatment group and the control group was 86.11,and P = 0.037 was obtained by the rank sum test,with significant difference(P < 0.05).Therefore,the therapeutic effect of acupuncture group was better than that of the Chinese patent medicine control group.Conclusion: Both groups were effective in treating the symptoms of patients with liver-stagnation and qi-stagnation depression,and acupuncture treatment had better effect than oral Chinese patent medicine.Moreover,acupuncture therapy is a green therapy,simple,safe,non-toxic side effects,worthy of promotion.
