Clinical Study On Acupuncture With Head And Facial Massage On The Treatment Of Liver Depression And Qi Stagnation Type Depression

Purpose: The purpose of this research belonging to the research field of acupuncture inthe treatment of nervous diseases is to compare and analyze the therapeutic efficacy of thestagnation of the liver-qi which treated through acupuncture combine with facial massage andsignal drug therapy method, and to provide an effective therapeutic method for the depression.Method: The72cases of patients with disease of liver depression are randomly dividedinto two groups by single blind set blinded method. The treatment group adopts the method ofacupuncture combine with facial massage, while the compared group uses the fluoxetine totreat the liver depression. Afterward, the therapeutic efficacies of the two methods and thesymptoms of the patients before and after treatment are precisely compared. The treatmentresults of the treatment group are obviously superior to that of the compared group.Reslut: The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group and the compared group is91.7%and86.2%, respectively. This result suggests that therapeutic effect of treatment groupis significantly improved compared with the compared group (P <0.05).Conclusion: The acupuncture combine with facial massage is effective and lastingmethod. Moreover, the dependence and side-effect of fluoxetine are expelled through use thistreatment method. Accordingly, the method of acupuncture combine with facial massage ismore worthy of popularization and application in the clinical treatment.
