Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Perimenopausal Depression (Kidney Deficiency And Liver Stagnation Type) With Acupuncture And Medicine

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and drug therapy for perimenopause depression(kidney deficiency and liver depression type)and decoction alone for perimenopause depression(kidney deficiency and liver depression type)?Material and method:the object of study in liaoning university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy of K2 outpatient kidney liver depression type type perimenopausal depression patients,this topic to collect 60 patients aged between 45 to 55 years old,the course of the disease in the six months to a year of perimenopausal depression in patients with type(kidney liver depression),randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group and control group respectively.In the treatment group,the combination of acupuncture and drug therapy was adopted.For the treatment,acupuncture was performed for four gods cong,baihui,yin-tang,neiguan,shan-zhong,shen-men,tai-xi,san-yin-jiao,and tai-chong acupoints.The patients were given two days' rest after five consecutive acupuncture sessions a day,and the six flavor rehmannia decoction was taken orally twice a day for four weeks.The control group was treated with decoction alone for 4 weeks,and then 17 items of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Kupperman menopausal symptom table(KMI)and clinical symptom relief degree of kidney-deficiency and liver-stagnation type in Chinese medicine were scored to observe the effect?Results:according to the age,course of disease,HAMD score,KMI score and TCM syndrome score before treatment in the two groups(P > 0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups.After treatment,each group was compared with the scale score before treatment,and the results showed that the scale score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,with statistical significance(P < 0.05),indicating that both groups were effective in the treatment of perimenopausal depression(kidney deficiency and liver depression type).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the score scale of the acupuncture and drug group was significantly decreased,indicating that the treatment group had better efficacy than the control group,and the effect was faster than the control group.Conclusion:1.After the treatment,statistical analysis showed that both the treatment group and the control group had a certain effect on the treatment of perimenopausal depression(kidney deficiency and liver depression type);The total effective rate of the two groups was compared and it was found that the treatment group was superior to the control group,but there was no statistical difference(P > 0.05).2.Both groups were effective in improving depressive symptoms,KMI score and HAMD score.However,the effect was faster in the treatment group than in the control group,and the score decreased more significantly.3.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.To sum up,the combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of perimenopian depression(kidney deficiency and liver depression type)has the advantages of quick response,low recurrence rate,safety and reliability,and no dependence,providing certain reference value for the clinical treatment of depression in the future.
