To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Acupuncture And Drug Treatment Of Pa Rossi Dean Syndrome Of Stagnation Of Liver Qi Depression

Objective:To explore more effective treatment methods for depression qi stagnation by observing the clinical efficacy of treatment on Qi stagnation type of Depression by the combine of acupuncture with ParoxetineMethod:Select the 60 cases of patients who are diagnosed as Qi stagnation Depression by acupuncture four wards in the second affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine and the First Specialist Hospital as object,60 patients were grouped into treatment group of 30 patients and a control group of 30 cases. Treatment group and the control group of patients in the two groups of gender, disease duration,age were statistically not significant,comparable.The treatment group received acupuncture combined with paroxetine as Control group were taking paroxetine. Before and after treatment using the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) (17),TCM Syndrome Scale score reduction rate calculated as the observed indicators.Results:Acupuncture with drug group and the drug single group in improving the Qi stagnation type of depression are effective(P<0.01), there were significantly mproved TCM symptoms (P<0.01).And the treatment group than the control group (P<0.01). the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.6%, the total effective rate of the control group was 71.4%, there were significant differences (P<0.05), treatment group than thecontrol group.Conclusion:1、Acupuncture with drug paroxetine for depression qi stagnation improve their depressive symptoms have significant effects.2、Acupuncture with drug paroxetine for depression qi stagnation significantly improved efficacy of TCM symptoms.3、Acupuncture with drug paroxetine for depression qi stagnation is an effective clinical methods.
