Objective:The purpose of this study was to establish nursing core competence evaluation system,and compared the nursing core competence in different grade hospitals in Yangzhou,then found out the existing problems,finally offered collaboration methods of promoting nursing core competence in different grades of hospitals,so that the practice of nursing work can better adapt to the hierarchical diagnosis,and improved the quality of nursing.Methods:(1)Theoretical analysis.Through theoretical review,literature review,and policy review,comprehensive summarized the theories,literature,policy about new reform,hierarchical diagnosis,medical and nursing competence,countermeasure research nearly 10 years.(2)Delphi method.Preliminary established nursing core competence evaluation index system,and selected suitable for experts consultation.Calculated the questionnaire recovery rate of expert advice,authority coefficient,variation coefficient,coordinate coefficient calculation,and each index's weight coefficient,and formatted nursing core competence evaluation questionnaire according to the results.(3)Field investigation.According to Delphi results,nursing core competence evaluation questionnaire constructed,then investigated the different grade hospitals in Yangzhou.(4)Data analysis.Excel was used to establish the database,Yaahp was used to calculate weight of core competitiveness,and SPSS 18.0 was used for data analysis.Results:According to the Analytic Hierarchy Process,we can know the order of importance of nursing core competence evaluation index.Level 1 index can be ordered as Nursing Efficiency Competitiveness,Nursing Resources Competitiveness,and Nursing Development Competitiveness.Nursing efficiency competitiveness was much higher than other two ind icators,showing the efficiency of the nursing staff was the most representative in the nu rse core competitiveness.The top three of level 2,respectively were clinical ability,nursi ng staff umber,research ability.Clinical ability was both nursing efficiency highest com petitive weight indicator,and highest in level 2,so we can conclude.that clinical ability directly influence the nursing core competitiveness.Nursing staff number weights were al most equal to the research ability,both playing a more important role in nursing core co mpetence.Level 3 index was the subgoal layer,which was the specific performance of n ursing core competence.The qualified rate of basic nursing,disinfection and isolation qu alified rate,critical care nursing error rate,percent of pass,patient satisfaction weight we re higher,so in order to prompt nursing core competitiveness,the emphasis should be on these indicators.The weight of nurse/bed radio in nursing staff number index was the highest,suggesting experts thought that increasing the number of nursing staff to improve the nurse core competitiveness was an urgent problem to solve.The weight of bachelor degree proportion in nursing structure index was the highest,suggesting that increasing educational level of nurses can help nursing core competitiveness improvement.Conclusions:(1)Built the core competitiveness of the evaluation system,and calculated the weight of each index.(2)Nursing core competence was insufficient in different grade hospitals,and the overall service capacity remained to be further improved.Almost every hospital in Medical Consortium had phenomena of nursing staff deficiencies,structure unreasonable.The lower grade hospitals'clinical ability,continuing education mechanism,research ability,scientific research fund was imperfect.Under the background of hierarchical there were big gap between present nursing ability and service demands.(3)Offered collaboration methods of promoting nursing core competence in different grades of hospitals from the system level,organization level and individual level.
