Objective:To investigate the current situation of occupational burnout in coalminers,to explore the relationship between gene polymorphism and occupational burnout,and to analyze the influence of the interaction between environment and gene on occupational burnout,so as to provide scientific basis for the formulation of related intervention measures for occupational burnout in the future.Methods:A total of 1500 first-line coalmine workers were selected by cluster random sampling,and the MBI,JCQ and SCSQ were used for questionnaire survey.A total of 150 people were randomly selected from the high burnout group and the low burnout group,and a total of 300 people were selected as the research objects of the relationship between gene polymorphism,environment-gene interaction and burnout in this study.Application imLDRTM genotyping technology for NR3C2gene?rs5522,rs2070950?,CRH-R1?rs4792887?polymorphism analysis.SPSS software was used for statistical description,multiple linear regression and Logistic regression analysis,SHEsis software and GMDR software for correlation analysis of gene-gene and environment-gene interactions.Results:1)A total of 1,282 coalminers were investigated,including 128?10.0%?with zero burnout,400?31.2%?with mild burnout,649?50.6%?with moderate burnout,and 105?8.2%?with severe burnout.2)There were 822?64.1%?coalminers with DCR?1,and 460?35.9%?coalminers with DCR>.The DCR value of the zero burnout group was lower than that of the other three groups?P<0.05?.Partial correlation analysis results showed that job requirements were positively correlated with emotional exhaustion and occupational burnout?P<0.05?.Autonomy was positively correlated with decreased sense of achievement?P<0.05?.Social support was negatively correlated with depersonalization and occupational burnout,and positively correlated with decreased sense of achievement?P<0.05?.DCR was positively correlated with emotional exhaustion and occupational burnout?P<0.05?.3)The positive response score of the zero burnout group was higher than that of the other three groups?P<0.05?,the negative response score of the zero burnout group was lower than that of the moderate and severe burnout group?P<0.05?,and the negative response score of the mild burnout group was lower than that of the moderate and severe burnout group?P<0.05?.Partial correlation analysis results showed that positive coping style was negatively correlated with depersonalization,decreased sense of accomplishment and occupational burnout?P<0.05?,while negative coping style was positively correlated with emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,decreased sense of accomplishment and occupational burnout?P<0.05?.4)The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that gender,age,shift status,marital status,positive coping,negative coping,job requirements and social support are the influencing factors of occupational burnout?P<0.05?.5)Compared with GG genotype in rs2070950 of NR3C2gene,CC genotype is the susceptibility gene for occupational burnout?P<0.05?.6)NR3C2genotype C-G haploid and T-G haploid is the protection factor,T-C haploid type are risk factors?P<0.05?.7)rs5522,rs2070950,work request-autonomy model,the best model is the combination of occupational stress,negative response and positive response.Conclusion:1)The prevalence of occupational burnout among coal miners was 90.0%,and the degree of occupational burnout mainly focuses on mild and moderate burnout.Gender,age,shift status,marital status,positive coping,negative coping,job requirements,social support are the environmental factors influencing occupational burnout.2)The higher the occupational stress,the more likely the occurrence of occupational burnout.Active coping may reduce the risk of burnout.Negative coping may increase the risk of burnout.3)The CC genotype of rs2070950 is the susceptibility genotype of occupational burnout.CG and TG haploid types constructed at rs5522 and rs2070950 may reduce the risk of occupational burnout,while TC haploid types may increase the risk of occupational burnout.4)There is no interaction between rs5522 and rs2070950 that affects the level of occupational burnout.The interaction between locus rs5522,locus rs2070950,occupational stress,positive response and negative response can affect the occurrence level of occupational burnout.
